The new ones that the zoo keepers got to keep me happy were swimming around the tank. I found out their names. Aiden had a red tail, he didn't talk to me much. He seemed really shy though he tried to act strong, but he never held a conversation with me, ever. Chloe's purple tail flicked my nose in my annoyance. Rose's blue tailed followed after her sister's. I also found out they are all family. They were kidnapped apart though. Chloe was taken first, followed by Aiden and Rose since they went looking for Chloe. They told me they had more siblings with the names of Lucas, Lucy, Addison, and Chris which had their own kids. They were sirens.
"Hey Rose. You wanna escape?" I asked them in mermaid talk wanting to get home. Now that there was more of us, maybe we could? She swam over while nodding her head in answer to my question. I smiled as Aiden and Chloe swam over also nodding their heads. Who needs to wait, we could just save ourselves. Seeing as it's been almost a year and there was still no sign of them after grandma Ariel came to the zoo to tell me she'd get me out.
I got up as I picked up a rock. I then began to hit the glass with the rock hoping to make a dent soon the rest of them picked up a rock and started to help.
