News and Skype calls

Today the guys said they needed to tell me something. We were all sitting around in the sitting room waiting for someone to talk. The only thing you could hear was the sound of the tv in the background before finally Ricky spoke up.

"So Rachel, we have some news for you." Ricky said and I nodded, "Shoot." I said sitting back into the couch. "Ok so on the first day we adopted you we were talking about your education." Connor continued.

"My education?" I asked slightly confused, "Like school?" I said and Ricky nodded. "Yes, we have three choices for you though, first,we were thinking about enrolling you into the nearest school which is about a five-minute walk away, second you could be homeschooled, so we could get you a tutor and the third option is online school," Ricky said counting off the options on his fingers.

"So I get to choose?" I ask and all the boys nod. "I would suggest going to school so you can make friends and hang out with kids your own age." Jc told me and I nodded. "Uh, can I get back to you on it?" I ask and they smile nodding, "Of course we don't expect to have an answer straight away." Kian says and I smile nodding.

"Trevor, are you in the school Ricky was talking about?" I ask and Trevor looks at me and nods, "Yea, it's a really good school!" He tells me and I nod. "Uhm can I go upstairs now?" I asked shyly and the boys chuckle, "Go ahead! We'll call you when dinner's ready.'' Ricky said pushing me off the couch.

"Hey." I say pouting as I lightly slap his hand away before going back up to my room. I decided to Skype call Kyle and Tyler. I grabbed my laptop from off the floor and turned it on. I had a full battery so I didn't need to charge it yay!

I quickly logged into Skype and see if one of the boys were on but unfortunately they weren't. I shook my head and quickly texted Kyle on my phone to get on Skype asap and bring Tyler. After about five minutes of scrolling through Twitter, I got an incoming Skype call from Tyler which I accepted,

"Rachel!" Tyler screamed making me flinch away from my laptop. "Jeez Ty it's like you haven't seen me in three years instead of three days.'' I joke and he childishly sticks his tongue out at me which I return. "Where's Kyle?" I ask and suddenly Kyle's face came up on the screen making me jump.

"Kyle you scared the crap out of me you idiot!" I said annoyed and he smirked,"That was the point, Rae." He said using one of the many nicknames he gave me. "So how's life?" Tyler asked.

I told them what it was like here and about Meghan being so surprised and her brother and Joey. They were really jealous of me when I told them I went to see catching fire and I also told the about what the boys were talking about education and if I should go to school or not, suddenly Ricky called me down for dinner,

"Alright, guys have to go! Don't miss me too much." I joke as we said goodbye. I logged off of Skype and turned off my computer before prancing ,yes, prancing down the stairs into the kitchen, Sam playfully rolled his eyes,

"What's got you into such a happy mood?" He asked and I told him about the Skype call. "You should invite them over some day." Ricky said and my mouth dropped before squealing, "Really?" I ask and he chuckles nodding,

"Yea sure I bet you miss them." He said and I shrugged nodding. "So what's for dinner?" I ask changing the subject, "Meat veg and fries." (Yea I call them chips) he said and I nodded grabbing one of the plates full of food. We all ate in the sitting room watching the walking dead.

When I finished my food I rinsed off my plate and told the guys I was going back upstairs. I went back onto my laptop but not before plugging it in to charge. For the next hour, I watched a ton of David's,Joey's and Meghan's videos. I especially loved their cover videos.

Ugh Joey and Meghan's voices are amazing. I clicked onto o2l's page and seen that they haven't done a video in three days. 'I might as well tell them' I say to myself closing my laptop and running down the stairs. All the boys looked at me confused,'Hey guys you do know you haven't done a video in three days right?" I asked and their eyes widened,"Fuck!"

They shouted jumping off the couches running around grabbing cameras and light and then moving some stuff. When they set it up they had to try and think of a topic."I got it!" Jc yelled and we all looked at Jc. "Why don't we do it about family? So at least this way we can introduce Rachel."

Jc explained to the others and they agreed and then Kian turned to me,'What do you say, Rachel?" I looked around and thought about it for a minute. A smile crept onto my face and I nodded,

"Let's do this!"
