Nerf War...Oh God

It's been a week after the charity concert and I've already given the money that I promised Vinny to him and the rest of it I gave to a charity that was trying to cure cancer patients.

The boys were still talking about it and they always tried to get me to sing as well as Landon who missed the show and was in the o2l house quite a lot because Him and Ricky were thinking of song ideas since they were thinking of doing a cover together. Ricky and Trev should really do a cover together! Even the o2l YouTube family are trying to get it to happen.

Meghan, David and Joey (who now all moved in together if you didn't know) decided to come down and hang out for a bit. Guess who also came down to annoy me today about me singing? Luke! Him and Landon have been pestering me about doing that cover they talked to me about at the concert. I'm almost 100% about to break. might as well just agree but I'll say it to them later, right now we all decided to have a war! But not just any war... a nerf gun war! Luke and Ricky were the team captains. the full teams were...

Our base was out in the back garden while theirs were in the front. We evenly split up all of our Nerf guns between the two teams making sure we all had at least 1 bow and arrow, 1 fast blast and 2 super soakers we split the other guns and things randomly. I took the bow and arrow for my choice of weapon as well as one of the smaller Nerf guns in our pile.

When we all had our two weapons of choice we came up with a plan and took it into action. I snuck up stairs without the other team noticing and went into Jc's room so I could sneakily get up on the roof when needed.

Luke and Joey were going to some how sneak into the other teams base and hopefully distract them so Meghan and Jc could easily hide out in their base, this left Connor (who was in Kian's room) to meet me on the roof and hopefully shoot the rest of the other team down.

I slowly opened the windows in Jc's room luckily without the other team noticing and kept my eye on Trevor and David who were guarding the front door. There was no sign of Ricky which worried me slightly. Suddenly I heard a very.... 'manly' scream coming from Joey downstairs, I heard the pounding of feet coming upstairs and then Connor burst into the room panting,

"Mission abort! Ricky was listening in on our plan the whole time and knows everything." Connor whisper shouts quickly looking out the door to see if anyone was out there. I suddenly heard someone coming up the stairs making both of us hold our breaths. Connor looks at me and motions me to hide. I frantically look around and then run for the window swinging my foot out, "What are you doing!?" He whisper shouts a little too loud, "Shhh!" I say putting a finger to my lips. I swung my other foot out the window and carefully stand on the smaller roof outside Jc's window. The proper roof was a few centimetres above my head making it an easy-ish spot to get up on. I hid behind the wall of Jc's room as I saw Ricky come in with two super soakers in hand. I suddenly heard Connor scream meaning he got soaked by Ricky.

"Connor where's Rachel?" Ricky asked and I could tell he had the super soaker pointed at Connor ready to shoot, "Um, she's downstairs with Luke, Don't shoot meh!" He said weirdly at the end almost making me giggle blowing my spot. I heard Connor scream his very 'manly' scream, "Hey!" He shouted at Ricky, "You're lying, where is she." He says, I quickly peak around the corner to see Connor up against the wall trapped by Ricky. his eyes widened when he saw me making me quickly hide behind the corner again. It was quiet for a while, really quiet.

I peaked down at the ground to see Meghan hiding in a bush near David who moved from his previous spot by the door. Her eyes widened when she saw me but I only smirked putting a finger to my lips. She nodded understanding and them it happened... Kian and Sam (who were standing beside each other) looked up at the roof and saw me. I started to climb up on the roof while I heard their guns go off, luckily they weren't very good at aiming and they didn't have the water guns. "Ricky she's on the roof!" Landon scream when he saw who the guys were shooting at, "shit." I muttered to myself, when I'm safely up on the roof with my weapons I quickly grab the ammo that fell on the roof from when the guys were shooting me, I loaded my small Nerf gun and shot 4 bullets hitting both Sam and Landon! Yes, 3 down (Meghan got David while I was getting up on the roof) 3 to go. I looked down again and saw that Jc hit Kian! I drop my small gun doing a short fist pump. I look down at Jc's window and see Ricky climbing out...crap. I slowly and safely backed up pointing my bow and arrow where Ricky was bound to climb up. He threw his two guns up first before pulling himself up I ran up and kicked the guns away from him just as he was about to grab it and pointed the bow at him, "Hi Ricky." I said sticking my tongue out at him childishly, I saw him glance behind me but I didn't move, it could be a trap for him to trip me or something, "You hit him and I'll hit you  Rachel and then our team win." I hear a voice say, still pointing my bow at Ricky I turn around and see Trevor pointing a nerf pistol right in my direction. "Uhm..." I said trying to think of a plan, god was ALL of my team dead? I could really use some back up right now.

"How did you get up?" I ask him as I glanced at Ricky making sure he didn't make a run to his guns, "Connor's room." Trevor says smirking at me, that clever b.... calm down. "Are you sure all my team is dead?" I ask, he panics, got him. I smirk, "Something tells me I have some teammates left?" I question glancing down at my smaller gun. If I grab it Trevor will hit me, "You could asy that but if you see they're trapped down there." He says nodding behind  me. "Put your gun down and then I'll look." I say squinting my eyes at him.  "You put yours down." He challenges back, I bite my lip, this has to be a trap. "I...uh" Suddenly Luke is sneaking up onto the roof behind Trevor, "Trevor! watch out!" Ricky yells, goddammit Ricky! He spins around and shoots his gun missing Luke by only a few centimetres, I turn around and shoot Ricky and then re-load my gun, "Your out!" I giggle at Ricky as he groans rubbing his stomach , Hey, I could have hit somewhere else but I didn't!

Trevor was closing on Luke ready to shoot, "Trevor don't!" I shout making him spin around, "This is a battle between you and me, don't drag Luke into this." I say calmly, he still had his gun in hand and I had my bow ready, "Okay then." He smiles, Luke lifted his gun up but I shook my head when trevor wasn't looking, 'not yet' I mimed to him and he nodded giving me a thumbs up. Trevor looked up from loading his pistol, "Ready?" he asks, I nod smirking, "Ready for ages." We both point our weapons but instead of shooting I move out of the way of his shot and Luke hit him! "Hey! I thought this was a one on one?!" he says sounding annoyed, "Sorry, but we didn't shake on it!" I say running up and Hi-fiving Luke. "Luke's team wins!!" Ricky shouts earning cheers from the rest of our grounp downstairs and Connor who's probably still in Jc's room.

"Let's get off the roof." Luke suggests and I agree going to the side and jumping onto the other roof, "Be careful Rachel!" Ricky yells his eyes wide, "Please,I've done this befo- Ahh!" I scream as I slip but luckily catch onto the window's handle, Connor comes rushing to my rescue as well as the other boys who were on the roof while everyone outside looks up terrified. Luke and Ricky block me from falling again while Connor wouldn't let go of my arm until I got into Jc's room. When I'm fully in he pulls me to his chest hugging me, "You scared the shit out of me Rae." He shakily cries, I look up at him and my eyes widen, he's actually crying, oh crap, "I'm sorry Connor, I thought it was safe." "Rachel Dillon..." he trails off as he starts to cry, I release from Connor's grasp and go over to Ricky who was holding onto the wall and embrace him in a hug, he hugs back squeezing me tightly, "I almost had a heart attack ... I think everyone did." He says crying, he releases me and wipes away his tears, Luke and Trevor give me a hug and then the pounding of multiple feet alert me of everyone else coming upstairs. They burst in the room and trampled me in hugs and it ended it being a massive hug with everyone joining in, "I swear I'm fine can we just... I don't know order pizza?" I suggest.I hear someone chuckle beside me I look and see it's Joey and Luke.

I swear to God for the rest of the day Ricky wouldn't let me out of his sight! Well I don't blame him... he did kinda see me almost fall off the roof. But seriously if I get up off my seat in the living room he always asks me "Where are you going?" "Be careful!" "If you're not down in 5 I'll check on you!" and that last one is true because I went upstairs to get something from my room and he came up looking for me and then waited for me outside my room until i went downstairs!!! Ugghhh so annoying. We literally done nothing else for the day except for eat and watch some old and new YouTube videos! One of the frightening yet good days ever!
