Don't Go

"Wait what?!" Were the reactions that Connor got off most people including some shocked and worried faces, "Connor you can't!" I said loudly tears brimming my eyes, "Don't worry," Connor began smiling, "I realised I couldn't leave all this behind, so instead Im just going to Minnesota for a week or two just to hang out with my parents and siblings, I was going to be going in a few days anyway, as everyone except Rachel knows-" "Why am I the only one that doesn't know?" I ask slightly offended.

"Because I didn't know how to tell you?" Connor questioned. I sighed but accepted it knowing I shouldn't pry on. Everyone who came soon left except for Jenn, Andrea and Sarah who decided to stay for a while. We decided to watch a movie and pretend it never happened, we were all still quite upset about everything happening but Connor was staying with o2l that was the main thing. But even if he left I knew the boys and myself would still treat him like we do now, like our brother.

"If you are going, when will you come back?" I questioned looking up at him sadly, "this day, two weeks." Okay, so today was a Wednesday, that means- "I start school on the Monday." I remember sadly, he won't be there to wish me luck. After talking for a little while longer on what was going to happen, Connor went upstairs to finish packing and I was excused so I could go to my room.

I decided to text Chris to get my mind off stuff but after one text he called me and I immediately answered.

"Hey Chris." I answered smiling, "Hey Rae, what's up?" He questioned, I lay down I my stomach and propped myself up with my elbows, "My brother Connor is going home for two weeks." I answer sadly, "Aw, that's bad, hope you're okay though. Oh, Rachel!" He said at the end, "Yeah?"

"Well, there's this party going on to celebrate the last day of Summer, want to come?" He asked, I thought about it for a few seconds, "What date?" I questioned rolling over so I was flat on my back my head slightly dangling off the edge of the bed, "Its the Sunday before school starts." He replied cheerfully. I thought about it for a moment, "I'd have to ask Ricky about it." I sighed, "And since its the night before school starts my chances of going are decreasing slightly." I replied sadly, "Okay, talk to Ricky or someone about it when you can and get back to me on the answer." He replied, "Here, I have to go, talk later?" He added hopefully, I smiled happily, "Definitely, talk later." I said before hanging up.

"Well, maybe it's a good time to talk to Ricky." I muttered to myself pushing myself off the bed leaving my phone on top. I walked down the stairs to where everyone except Connor was, they were chatting away until Ricky saw me walk down. "Hey Rae, you alright?" Ricky asked making everyone turned to me, I smiled politely before turning my attention back to Ricky, "Would I be able to go to a party in around 2 weeks?" I asked biting my lip nervously, what? This is the first time asking him to go somewhere. "Do you know when it is?" He asked, "Uh, Sunday?" I said more like a question, "The Sunday before school?" I nodded in confirmation, "No."

You guys probably hate me right now :( I sowwy! Im a day back from holidays and my mam literally tells me we're going to another county for two days!! Like seriously I soo tired and I have to get up early yet again! Ughhhh

Hopefully the place we're staying has Internet at least if not I'm screwed. Anyway how did you guys like the chapter?

I wasn't going to let Connor leave forever! I couldn't do that to all you lovely people, so instead in the story he's just taking a break for a while :) Anyway what do you thinks gonna happen next? Ricky said 'no' so how will Rachel react? especially in front of everyone.
