Adopted?

"Wait...I'm being adopted?" I asked confused on the news I just received.

Angela let out an annoyed sigh before answering, "Yes, you are being adopted. You can go pack your things."she informed me and I faked an over excited smile," You mean I'm actually leaving this hell ho- I mean adoption centre?" I joked and Angela glared at me obviously not impressed.

The lads chuckled and I smirked to myself. "Can I go tell my friends what just happened? Oh, and what are your names" I asked the boys ignoring Angela,

"I'm Jc." the boy wearing a SnapBack said. I nodded and looked at the other boys "I'm Connor." "I'm Ricky." "I'm Kian." "I'm Sam." "and of course, I'm Trevor." Trevor said and I let out a small chuckle. "Ok, so Jc, Connor, Ricky, Kian, Sam and Trevor...got it." I said pointing to each person.

"Well guys I'm Rachel and its good to meet you."

"Ok Rachel go ahead and tell you friends the great news and then go up to your room and pack your bags." Angela told me in a forced happy voice.

I nodded forcing a smile onto my face before dropping my penny board on the ground and skating over to my friends, "Hey Rach who are they?" Tyler asked pointing to the lads and I turned around and smiled at them.

They smiled back and then Angela led them into her office probably to sign some paperwork.

"Rachel."

Kyle said pulling me out of my thoughts, "huh?" I asked and he rolled his eyes at me, "Who are they?" Kyle asked me and I smiled to myself, "My new family."

I said to the like it was normal and their eyes went wide, "You're being adopted?!" Tyler asked in a surprised tone and I nodded smiling. "oh my God congrats!" Kyle said giving me a hug.

When we let go Tyler gave me a hug as well. "I'll miss you guys." I told them sighing and They sighed as well, "When are you leaving?" Tyler asked and I shrugged, "When I finish packing I guess. Wanna help me?'' I asked and they nodded the three of us going up to my room.

When I finished packing everything including my laptop , phone , play station and penny board Tyler and Kyle helped me bring my 3 bags down. Hey even though I'm a tomboy I still like clothes! When we got to the bottom of the stairs I walked over to Angela's office and knocked on the door before entering to see the guys and Angela at her desk with some pages in front of them.

"Ah, Rachel! You have everything packed?" Angela asked me and I nodded smiling with excitement. "Ok well everything is done here so say your last goodbyes and you should be on your way." She said to me before nodding to my new family.

We all left her office and Ricky , Connor and Kian grabbed my bags bringing them outside. Tyler and Kyle led me to the door and I turned around giving them a small smile tears forming in my eyes. "Come here."

Kyle said stretching his arms out me running into them embracing him in a hug. I peeked over his shoulder seeing Tyler looking at us sadly. When he saw me looking I put stretched my free arm and he sadly smiled walking to us creating a small group hug.

"Promise you'll call and Skype us as much as possible." Tyler mumbled and I nodded not trusting my voice as the hot tears fell down my face, "I'm seriously gonna miss you guys." I croaked and they both whispered a 'me too' back.

After a minute or two of hugging we let go and I wiped the remaining tears off of my face. "Bye guys." I whispered giving them a small wave and then turning around and leaving the adoption centre.

I walked down the steps and greeted the boys Trevor pulling me in for a hug (good thing we were almost the same size me being a tad bit shorter), The others joined and I giggled as Ricky lifted me out of the hug and threw me on his back in a playful manner.

I looked at the adoption centre doors and waved my last goodbye to Tyler and Kyle ,"We love you, Rachel!" They shouted and I smiled, "Love you's too! I'll call you's tonight!" I shouted back as Ricky placed me back on the ground.

I looked up at Sam and he smiled at me, "You ready?" He asked and I nodded taking his and Jc's hand as they led me on an adventure to my new home.

Just found out that the first chapter (introduction chapter) got 11 reads already!!! that's amazing!! I hope you all really enjoy the story so far and I would love to hear what you have to say!

Now unfortunately my November exams are coming up and even though I'm only in 2nd year I take these very seriously so I might not be that active but I will try my hardest!!
