The truck rolled to a stop and I felt my seatbelt being removed. I felt someone remove me from the truck and begin carrying me. I was carried up some stairs and then set in my bed. A blanket was pulled over me and I heard the scribbling of a pencil on paper. The pencil was set down and the paper was taped to the dressers side. I assumed that it was late at night. Footsteps left my room and my door was shut. I sunk farther into sleep.

Sunlight streamed through my window and warmed my room. My eyes fluttered open and I saw a note. It read: "I carried you to your room last night around 1:30. I will see you when you come out to the barnHope you slept well. I love you.
-Tyler

I smiled. So that's who carried me. Yawning, I stood up and walked over to my dresser. Grabbing my green and blue plaid button down shirt, old worn jeans with a hole in the knee, my boot socks, and my other toiletries, I  ran to the bathroom and jumped in the shower.

Washing the sweat, dirt, horse hair, and grime off of my body, I closed my eyes and let the warm water sooth me. Rinsing my whole body of soap, I shut off the water and grabbed my towel. My curly blonde hair was now wavy because of the water. I grabbed the hair dryer and began drying my hair. when it was mostly dry, I brushed it out and pulled it into two French braids. Putting on my clothes, cowboy hat, and leather cowboy riding boots, I jogged to the barn. I rounded the corner to Dancers stall.

I fed and watered her and jogged to the tack room. I grabbed her grooming kit, turned on my heel, and started walking. I bumped into something hard. "Sorry." I mumbled. I looked up into the face of a smiling Tyler.

"Hey there." he smirked.

"Hey." I blushed.

"Let me help." he said, grabbing the grooming kit on one hand and my hand in the other.

"Okay." I smiled.

We returned to Dancers stall. When she saw us hand in hand, she leaned her head over the door and bit him. I giggled when all she got in her teeth was one of the buttons from his shirt.

"Goodness your a jealous one, arnt you?" he accused.

I stepped into the stall followed by Tyler. I grabbed a curry comb from the kit and began currying her coat. Tyler had found her other curry comb and began in the other side. I finished my side and grabbed her body brush. I brushed her body while Tyler brushed her legs with the leg brush. I grabbed the. Manes 'n Tails detangler for horses and set to work untangling her mane. When it was free if knots, I started French braiding her wavy white mane and added a few pink tipped Daisy's for good measure. When her tail was done, I fishtail braided her tail. I grabbed her hoofpick and cleaned out her hooves making sure that she had no stones.

"Tyler, Can you run to the tack room and grab me a halter and a lead please?" I was admiring our cleaning job.

"Yeah. be back in a sec, love." he winked at me.

man that boy knows just how to get my heart throbbing and the butterflies fluttering in my tummy. I thought to myself.

He returned a split second later with a green halter and blue lead. I put her halter on and led her out of her stall. We tied her to the ring outside her stall and I grabbed a wheelbarrow and a horse rake and began mucking out her stall. Tyler helped me and it was done in no time.

"Lets go for a ride, sound good, love?" he asked me.

"Yeah. Just let me tack up."

"nope. your riding with me today. we are doubling up on my horse." he said.

I nodded and put  Dancer in her stall. I watched as he put a bridle on his horse and mounted. he pulled me up and we trotted off. I gripped his waist and laughed. The sound rang out as we rode off through the woods.
