Chapter 17: Well Hello There

There is going to be a lot of talking in this chapter I also wanted to make this an all Kiara and Leo chapter. There will probably be more of this next chapter, so stay tuned.

Kiara was finally done shifting, but she was freezing from the cold and curled into a ball trying everything to stay warm.

When she rolled over, she saw a pair of shoes.

CECIL! mind screamed as did she.

Leo rushed to her chuckling.

"Hey," he said shaking the girl a bit, " I'm not going to hurt you ... haha here, you can have my jacket."

His voice soothing to her ears. When she looked up, her thoughts were going crazy.

Damn he's a good deal ...

You shouldn't hesitate with this guy ...

Smile! Please smile for him! Be happy! Make us smile together! ...

He's not Cecil or Andrew. You are safe. Stay with this guy ...

Do you feel it? Something seems to be pulling us towards him ... mmm. Look at those kissable lips, hopefully we get to see more than just that ...

Kiara couldn't help but laugh at the last one which caused him to continue laughing as he helped her up.

Kiara was happy that his jacket was a long grey trench coat. The material was so smooth and soft as it graced her caramel skin.

For some unknown reason she felt she could trust this man with anything. She purred with the thought of him being all to herself, but with his looks, he was probably already taken. So her purr turned into a whimper.

"What's wrong? Did I harm you in anyway? Are you unhappy?" Leo asked worry overtook his features along with his voice.

"Uh .. n-no --" Kiara giggled at his swift concern for her, "I'm fine, thank you."

"Oh .. uh ok. Sorry. I'm Leo." a big smile slide across his face.

"Leo? Lllllleooo. Hm. Is that short for Leonardo?" Kiara asked testing Leo's name on her tongue.

"Yeah, I was named after my ancestor."

"Ancestor?"Kiara asked repeating Leo.

"Leonardo the Champion."

"Huh. How did you find me?"

"Did you not feel it? The pull Kiara, did you feel it?"

"Yeah-- wait. How do you know my name? I never said my name to you." Kiara stated, lifting her guard a bit. She felt some little sparks travel through her as if her and Leo were two magnates.

Leo felt happiness as Kiara started to say and started to move towards him, but her turn of answer made him answer quickly back afraid he would lose her

"Yes you told me your name right after I said mine." Leo lied to try and cover up his mistake.

How could I be so stupid!? He shouted at himself.

"No I didn't. Don't tell me what I didn't do you liar." Anger grew in Kiara's voice and Leo was afraid she would shift once again.

It seems she forgot what she was doing out here with no clothes on. Weird. Leo thought, but kept to himself as she grew more angry.

Leo flinched at their little argument.

"Well? Are you going to answer me or just stare at my naked body?" She questioned him.

Oops. To soon. Leo thought, but as she realized what she had just said she started to shout in shock and pulled the jacket tighter around her body. Leo purred as he saw her form, her thin build, along with curves that he just wanted to trace with his fingers.

"What am I doing naked!?" Kiara demanded Leo.

"That one I can answer. I think you got drunk and then you started shouting a name, 'Kiara' , so I just figured that was your name. " Leo lied while trying to push Kira in the direction of I his men.

"I was not drunk ---" Leo interrupted Kiara who gave him a cold stare.

"So I thought I could give you a lift. Plus I think one of your friends had been worried sick about you. Rick? no. That's not his name. Oh! Ryan ---"Leo babbled on, but only the last word caught Kiara's attention.

"Ryan?! How did you find him?!" she asked Leo while bringing him into a right hug, forgetting all her anger.

At first Leo was surprised, but he then reacted by pulling her closer to him, never wanting her to leave.
