"You can't keep sitting there and not talking. Say something." Cecil practically begged Kiara.

"Well I don't think your the one I want to talk to." She shot back thinking of Leo and Ryan.

"Look, Kiara." he said trying to get her to look at him. Look into his eyes so she would know that he was telling the truth, "You're going to have to cut this attitude out. It'll only put you on a even worse side of Thorn and the people." He added.

"Attitude? Well sorry! I think most people would be quiet and nervous a-and scared if they've been what I've been through!" she screamed at him. She would've ripped his head off, but a voice she knew to well shot through her head.

Don't do this Kiara. He's only trying to help. Leo's voice calmed her down as did her anger.

"Leo?" she asked herself, and received a strange, confused look from Cecil.

Don't hurt him. He's only trying to help. Leo's voice told her again.

She gasped happily. Leo's never left me. Leo are you still there?

Always. Now, do as I say. Cecil is your only option to survive. Leo told her.

But I thought he can't be trusted. he kidnapped me for gods sake! she argued.

But before she could get a answer, a strong voice ordered something which took her back to reality.

"What?" was all she could blurt out since she didn't hear.

"Your lucky you're going to the King." Andrew growled at Kiara.

"Anyway I said our flight is coming to a end. Get ready." Andrew ordered again.

"Yes." Kiara and Cecil mumbled quietly together, then Andrew left them in silence.

As they made their way through the planes halls, Kiara couldn't help but ask if they could visit Ryan.

When they made it through the door, Kiara was able to see that her friend was back to his normal self, but something seemed a bit different about Ryan.

"Ryan?" Kiara asked with concern. She could just feel that something was different.

"Kiara?!" he said turning to face her. as he did he rushed out of his bed and pulled her into a tight hug, but she was used to his big build consuming hers. It just made her smile at the old times.

"I missed you." He whispered in her ear with another squeeze before he let go.

"I missed you too." She said finally meeting his eyes, but she gasped.

"What?" Ryan asked instantly concerned.

"Your eyes!" She said stepping back into Cecil.

"Kiara, look we have some explaining to do---" Cecil started before Kiara pushed off him and turned on him furiously.

"What did you do to him!?" She screamed.

"I swear I didn't want to! I had no choice!" Cecil pleaded

"Everybody has a choice." Kiara growled.

"Hey hey, take it easy Kay.... I'm fine." Ryan said placing a hand on her shoulder. As she looked up at him he smiled at her, but she just walked away from both of the boys.

"You aren't fine Ryan. You no longer have your blue eyes, the ones I adored. Now there just as nasty and dark as Cecil's and the rest of his kind. This isn't you." She said while calming herself down.

"Kiara, listen to me. I don't enjoy this like you, but I've excepted what I've become." Ryan pleaded. He didn't want to fight. He never did.

After Ryan's attempt to calm Kiara, she turned on Cecil.

"You did this! Why? What did he even mean to you guys!?" she said while taking a step closer.

"I-I .... I had to transform him. We thought you would never do anything for us if we didn't take something we knew you needed. I didn't want to do it. It's painful for us even to transform another." Cecil said. He didn't want to fight like Ryan.

With a ''Humph'' Kiara let the topic drop. She'd had enough of all these surprises.

"Tell me about your ancestors. Tell me your past. Your history. I want to know everything." She said towards Cecil who had a shocked expression.

"Uh, ok." Was all he said before the three of them made their way to sit down. "why?" he added

"Leo never finished." She mumbled but not loud enough for either of the boys to hear.

"What?" the boys both asked in sync.

"I'm curious, that's all." She put in really quickly.

They might not have the right facts, Leo's voice growled through Kiara's head.

Kiara couldn't help but giggle and then received strange confused looks from both boys.

"Sorry. " She apologized.

"That's okay. So what do you want to know?" Cecil asked curiously.

"Everything."
