I hadn't talked to her really since she left . I had been gone for a month to training . I got back home I opened the door sj was playing on the floor . I walked in the kitchen she was taking a roast out the oven . I wrapped my arms around her waist

" When did you get home " I asked her

" The day after u left I tried calling "

" They don't let rookies have phones and I forgot to give you the emergency number "

" Its okay "

" I'm happy your back "

" Me too "

I spun her.around and kissed her I locked her lips so she would open her mouth she did I picked her up and  sat her on the counter . our foreheads together

" I love you and I'm truly sorry for hurting you the way I did "

" I forgive you while you have been gone I have been taking Sj to church I think we should start back going to church how we use to to keep our marriage on the right path "

" Baby of course "

" I bought you some suits to wear " she said

" Good what did you cook"

" roast , mash potatoes and corn I didn't get the meal u wanted when u got home but I figured you would like this  "

" I love whatever u make "

" Can you set the table for me " she asked

" Yes " I set the table

She pulled some biscuits out the oven . I was ready to get our family back on track . I washed  sj hands he is 7 months now . we ate dinner and then I washed the dishes while she got sj ready for bed he was falling asleep at the table . when I finally went upstairs she was walking out the shower and I walked towards the bathroom . Her phone started ringing .

" Who is that "

" looks like my dad can you answer it I'm still wet "

I picked it up

" hello "

" Where is pretty "

" Right next to me her hands are wet "

" I have a business trip and I wanted to see you guys "

" That's fine daddy do u need me to scoop u from.the airport "

" yes please "

" We will be there " I said

We walked out of church I was holding Sj and she was holding my hand . I kissed her forehead .

" That was a good service "

" I thought so too " she said

" What do you wanna eat "

" Can we go to Houston's "

" Sure "

I packed Sj in the car a dude walked up and started talking to her . She smiled then frowned

" This is my husband Shawn Johnson "

" Is everything okay babe "

" No this man is trying to hit on me "

" I didn't know I thought you were her brother . she has been coming to church the pass few Sundays alone "
