Ted wrapped the blanket around me. He said soothing words to me but I could feel nothing. My body became numb. I was cold and I could feel my body shiver. I didn't want to pass out so I kept mumbling some shit to Ted.

"You can let her stay here," Bobby suggested and Ted glared at him.

"No, I have to take her back home. She wouldn't feel warmer in your damn ice cream shop."

"This is an ice cream store? Funny people prefer ice cream even in this much cold," I mumbled and laughed lightly. I was acting hysterical and I pitied myself.

Ted put my arms around his shoulders and lifted me up. He asked softly, "Can you walk?"

I nodded and he supported me. Bobby volunteered to help but Ted shoved him away. He said that unfortunately Bobby was his best friend yet a complete asshole. He was trouble and useful for nothing. He owned and ran a freaking ice cream shop during winters too, though the profit margin was low. It was his passion and love for ice creams that motivated him to keep going.

We walked only a couple of steps when Ted already got a ride back home. He took me and within minutes, we arrived at his place. We got down and Ted hugged and supported me till we reached his room. I could feel his warmth so comforting and I didn't want to let go of him. He was just so hugable.

Once we were in his room, he wrapped in towels and blankets. I was sitting on the bed and I heard Ted order hot and sweet soup for me. He was clearly panicking and pacing around the entire room.

"We need you to get out of your wet clothes or you'll catch fever," Ted said worriedly. He asked, "Can you manage to do that?"

I shook my head since I couldn't properly stand up. I was so cold and the climate of Norway didn't suit me especially being wet in ice cold water.

"Can you call your grandma or mum to help me out?" I asked, my voice barely audible. He ran his hand through his sexy, blonde hair.

"They're not here," He replied. We thought for a few minutes before Ted volunteered to help me. I denied his offer firmly.

"We need you to change immediately. I don't want you to be diagnosed with any disease later," Ted said anxiously.

"I won't get naked in front of you, if that's what you want. Besides, you're just exaggerating. Nothing of that sort might happen," I murmured and he had to strain his ears to hear me.

"You don't understand, do you? But anyway, what should we do?"

"Call Poppy."

"Are you sure?" Ted asked hesitantly and I nodded.

"Yes, call her. She'll be shocked at first but I'm sure you can handle her," I said. He stared at me and I forced the words out a little louder, "Now, go!"
