As I walked up to my best friend Josh's house I wonder what idiotic thing we're going to do today. I ring the door bell, and his mom answers the door. I smile at her, and she smiles back.

"Come in sweetheart." She stated. I walked past her into the familiar living room.

"Thanks. Where is he?" I ask, and she points up the stairs, indicating he's in his room. I walk up and look in his room. His door was open and he was facing his television playing Xbox. His back was turned from me and I tip toed in to his room. I put my hands on his red hair and he jumped. He turned around and he smiled when he saw it was me.

"So, what are we doing today?" I ask, shoving my hands in my pockets. He paused his game and got up. He walked over to his closet and searched for something. He pulled out two skateboards and a helmet, that I suppose was for me. He pulled out his high tops and pulled them on.

"I'm teaching you how to skate." He said, smirking. With that, we walked outside and to the pavement. He set one of the boards down and he got on. "Just give me a sec, it's been a little bit." He said and stepped on it. He pushed off and began skating. He did a few laps in the street and popped an ollie before returning. I nodded and he smiled. He hopped off and handed me them helmet. "Safety first!" He exclaimed, giving me a thumbs up. I put the helmet on and Josh held my waist as I stepped on the board. It moved a little bit and I would have fallen if it weren't for Josh's strength. He showed me how to push off then replant my feet. I did it while he was holding me.

After a while I told him to let go. I pushed off a few times with him keeping pace with me. After a few pushes I stepped back on, with both feet. Before I knew what was happening, I was flying off of the board. It must have hit a rock, because I was now on the hard ground, in pain. Josh sprinted over to me and lifted me up. I wrapped my swore arms around his neck. He then leaned in and kissed me. I was surprised but kissed back.

"I've been waiting to do that for a while now." He whispers after he pulled away. He set me on the porch and picked up the boards. We walked inside and up to his room, where I pulled out two Disney movies.

"Pick." I told Josh, and he pointed to Big Hero 6. We put it into his t.v. and we snuggled up, as it started.
