I handed a list to Josh, my boyfriend of four years. "Okay, so you have half of the list. I have the other half." I said. He looked at me with big mocha brown eyes, and nodded.

"We meet at the deli when we finish." He continued. And with that we headed off into different directions. I grabbed a cart, to make it easier on myself. I sped up and down the aisles, grabbing food off of the shelves. This is what we did, every Sunday. We would have a race to see who could get their half of the list, faster. It made food shopping fun.

I crossed the last thing off my list, double checking that I got everything. I sighed as I speed-walked to the meeting place. I looked around and didn't see Josh. I had won. But as I got closer I saw his red hair.

He was on one knee, holding his hands behind his back. I stopped dead in my tracks and put my hands over my mouth. He smiled, his handsome smile. Leaving the cart where it was, I ran over to him. "Y/F/N, I have been the happiest, the past four years with you. Make this happiness last a lifetime, and marry me?"  By now people were watching.

"Of course Josh. Yes I'll marry you." There was a few "Awweess" from people watching. We paid for the food, and walked out of the store, with our fingers entwined.
