I look up at the ceiling, another day, sad and hurt. I've been lying in my bed for a few days now,  not bothering to shower, change clothes or eat. My appetite faded after the incident that happened. It was 10 O'clock, New York time. My eyes are sore and so is my throat. Remembering it sent a pang of guilt in my heart. 

I went into the bathroom, I looked terrible, my hair was everywhere and my face was red as hell.My body was shaky due to the sudden movements, however, I was able to regain my strength. I get some toilet roll and blow my nose, then strolled back into bed. I lie down and sigh. I close my eyes until I hear a knock at the door. 

"Who is it," I say, my voice sounding croaky. The door opens and in comes Devin, he looked tired and sick. He walks into my room and embraces me with a weak hug. We stay in each others arms until they became numb and we weren't able to hold the position much longer. We lie down, I rest my head on Devin's chest. We don't speak and it is silent, but the good kind.

Devin: "You okay yeh, I wanted to come to you but uno I felt like I was intruding and Lexi told me that sometimes girls need to be able to cry to feel better, but i didn't understand that i just thought it was weird but i listened. I listened to you crying and it made me feel terrible. I'm sorry, I wish I came in to comfort you but I didn't no what to say. I haven't slept much, just been thinking about you. Are you ok?" he says turning his face to me.

Aliyah: "Yh I'm ok still hurts though I knew comin back was gonna be hard but I just didn't expect it to happen like this you no. I'm sorry I kept you up. and it isn't your fault you don't have to feel bad, have you talked to... him".   I look away when saying the word him due to the pain it causes me but then i look back at Devin. Devin looked at me like he didn't want to say but i gave the look, JUST TELL ME, I JUST WANT TO KNOW.

Devin: "No i tried, but he's not replying, his mom Deb called us asking us why he shut himself in his room, we explain and she understood. She said that he hasn't been out of his rooms for days and i told her you haven't either."  I look down feeling the tears form in my eyes. 

Aliyah:" They both probs hate me now don't they"

Devin: "Eyyy gurl relax," He says while giving me a tight squeeze. "Just give him time when you went he was proper shucken up, but deep down Kev loves you really and knows you wouldnt hurt him intentionally. And Deb dont hate you should know that, and she's known you since you were a kid. She'll understand" 

Aliyah:" I guess so" sighing. "Thanks Dev"

Devin:" For what." looking confused.

Aliyah:"For being like my older brother, your always so good to me and have picked me up when i fall. I luv you Dev"

Devin: " I luv you too sis"We both smile at each other." So what do u wanna do today" 

Aliyah:" I dunno really, i thought i was going to do nothing but you have changed my mood but i cant really remember places"

Devin: " Oooh well your in luck, you have the best tour guide in Bronx, be ready at 11.30 exact. you have 45mins GO!" I laughed he left the room saluting me.

I took a quick shower, applied dried shampoo into my hair and put apple scented hair spray so it would smell good and put on a comfy but lit outfit and a red lip also applying perfume.

After i was done brushing my hair, Devin walked in "you done."

I glance up and devin hes wearing green and pink flowery looking top.  

Devin: "Lookin good ma" winking. I blushed, looking down.

Aliyah:" Thank you, You looking fresh too Dev" winking aswell. We both burst out laughing.   "So Where we going?"

Devin:"It's a secret" 

Aliyah:"Its rude to keep secrets from your family"

Devin:"Only if there bad. Lets go, we're wasting time"

Aliyah:"OK sir, lets go"

We walk to the car and Lexi is standing at the car door. "Need a ride" while swinging the keys in her hands. My mouth dropped. 

Aliyah:"When did you learn how to drive and is this ur car cuz it looks bangin" 

Lexi:"Only a few months ago, and yasss gurll, i got it for my birthday " We run up to each other and start jumping with excitement just like the movies. We are interuppted my Devin pratically wetting himself. "Carry on girls, Im happy watching this" While recording. Lexi and I both roll our eyes  and get into the car. Me and Devin sat at the back. And our journey began.
