Kevins POV

When i saw Aliyah walk down the staircase she made me feel weak. Honestly, I didn't think she was going to come and she was constantly on my mind, there was a point where I was considering if i should go back to hers and keep her company. But I didn't. Well.... I couldn't really. 

When she has gone yesterday i was worried sick, I thought something had happened to her and it's my fault she ran away. I'm her best friend and i couldn't even see that she was hurting inside and i just allowed her to feel the pain. I had to get Devin to explain it to me after Lexi told him. I hadn't really slept much last night because she was constantly on my mind. The way the door slammed as she walked outside and when i got up to run after her she was gone. And i was too late. 

I rang her lots of time and texted but still there was no reply, it was as if she was ignoring all of us. 

And in the morning when i got up thinking it was all just a dream i walked into her room to give her a good morning hug but instead i was met with a unslept bed and her bedroom feeling cold. My heart sank and whenever my phone rang or had a notification i would check it straight away. And every time i was disappointed. 

I had to go somewhere so I couldn't have stayed longer at Devins even though I had wished to. 

Then during the party when i saw her in her dress, she looked beautiful, like a goddess, I couldn't take my eyes off her but I had to. 

After she walked down the stairs it was as if someone stabbed me when i saw her kiss Daniel. But how can I say that when I with someone else here tonight. All i wanted to do was compliment her continuously but i couldn't. 

Later on, during the party, she spotted me and so we smiled at each other as if we were the only two in the room. But we were interrupted by the person sitting me, my lips being pressed against hers, the kiss was as if she was making a statement. And it caused aliyahs face to drop but she quickly tried covering it up. I knew Aliyah to well and I could tell she was hurting from the sight of what had just happened. And Aliyah told us she had to go meet the girls but in actual fact, she was about to cry. 

And what caused her to run off were the words  that escaped the girl beside me's mouth was

"Hi I'm nicola, I'm Kevins girlfriend" slipped out of her mouth
