Moving from England to America, moving in with your cousin Devin and his family and a complete new lifestyle is tough and extremly exciting at the same time as you havent seen your friends and family in years.But will moving back be the best option ?
I walk out of the bathroom and I open the doors to the party room, there is a large staircase which i need to walk down. I begin walking down making sure I didn't miss a step.
Suddenly when the music changed, all lights were projected on me, and everyone's eyes were focused on me as well. I begin smiling trying to hide my nerves as I see Dani, a large smile grew on my face, I continue walking and Daniel takes my hand and walks me to the family table. I heard quite a lot of positive comments and a few negative ones but i just shrugged them ones off.
"I'm nervous like my stomach is hurting, I feel like I'm gonna be sick, shall I just go back and get uber?". He quickly cuts me of "Are you crazy, GOD DAMN you're looking perfect and this is your night remember, own it ok. And btw you smells fucking amazing!" I blush once again.
"Dani, one more thing, thank you"
"Thank you for wh.." I kiss his cheek and he doesn't speak afterwards but smiles widely, showing his pearly white teeth" We end up at the table and I see everyone, me and Shari see each other and both scream. We run up to each other and hug for ages, we nearly fell but luckily Deb caught us both. We both had tears in our eyes. "I've missed you sooooo freaking much and you look bloody amazing," Shari says. "Uggghhh I've missed you more we both need to stop crying, our makeups going to get ruined" We calm ourselves down and wipe the tears away and everyone is recording me and Shari because of our massive screaming moment.
We look at each other and once again hug each other. Being in Shari's arms is the best thing ever, as I'm the only child shari was practically my sister, we did a lot with each other and I'd always go to her for advice and we'd sit watching movies in our pyjamas for days.
Daniel's POV that day
Watching Aliyah walk down the stairs was the best view I had ever seen. I'd never found a girl so attractive, and she made my heart skip a beat when she smiled at just me when she walked down the stairs. I purposely separated myself from her as I wanted to make all eyes on her which I ran to the DJ and told him to make everyone look at the staircase as he put all lights on her.
And when she kissed me cheeks its was weird because I wanted more but I knew I couldn't. We flirt but she and Kev are super close so I don't know if they are going to get together. But wait a minute, how can they?
Aliyahs pov
After 20mins
I met everyone including the Veda family and they were all sooo sweet especially the girls, Nicole and Mariah. And omg Skylar is adorable.

Mariah looked stunning and seeing Jaden reminded me of a copy of Daniel. All of the girls and I sat at our own separate table, I soooo badly wanted to find Kevin but because I hadn't seen Shari in ages , I was to focused on her. All of us girls got along super well and it felt like I hadn't been gone. Me and Shari arranged to meet and go shopping soon as I needed new clothes as I only really have more winter clothes.
"So you and Dani a thing or nahh?" Shari asked. "Because i seen someone kiss his cheek"She winks at me.
"Oh Shari, I don't know really maybe or maybe not at the moment my main focus aint a relationship because i havent met many people. But you could say were flirting" I wink back at her. She squeals.
We were interuppted by someone tapping my shoulder, "Liyah, you wanna dance" Dani says with his arm out so i could take it, I nodd and get up and he brushed my face with his finger which brought goose bumps to the surface of my exposed skin.

He made it feel like a fairytale and I was the princess. All attention was on me. It felt right though like even though we aren't a couple it was just two best friends dancing. Maybe there is a future for us, but who knows?
The food started to get served to people so Daniel took my hand and escorted me back to my seat. I still hadnt found Kevin yet and it was buggin me, in a way I wanted to surprise him but he probably saw the big scene at the staircase.
As i walked past the guys table, Kevin was there sitting down, I began walking towards him but something unexpected happened. My heart began racing and the palms of my hands started to sweat.
Me and Kev were smiling at each other and the person beside him gave me a dirty look. She grabbed Kevin harshly and began to make out with him and he didn't refuse her.
