Week 3:

"We're going to the TimeZone today!" Joey burst into my room. Ryan and Tyler followed him casually and I looked up at them.

"Alright," I yawned. I grabbed some clothes and left for the bathroom. I put on some small black pants with a matching shirt. I grabbed my purse and met the boys outside, "Do you mind if I buy some breakfast on the way?" they didn't mind.

We all arrived at TimeZone and ran up to the front counter.

"One day pass please," we all ordered and ran off to different events. I swiped my card for the basketball game.

"Hey, I'll race you," Ryan said, swiping his card too. We each had a minute to get the most baskets. I threw ball after ball but one skirted the outside of the basket and fell back to me. Ryan didn't miss any goal and I lost ten to nine. He collected his tickets and I met with Tyler at the dance floor.

I swiped my card again and we both started following the arrows. I stepped left and right, forward and back.

"Damn, Ada, you're really good at this," he said starting to sweat. I won overall and I collected my tickets. We all ran wild around TimeZone. I was in the middle of a racing simulator with the boys when someone tapped my shoulder,

"Oh no, Joey, you're not going to get me this time," I said. I turned the wheel and escaped the police.

"I don't know who Joey is. You are Adalyn, right?" I turned around in my seat. There was a young girl looking at me probably six or seven years of age,

"Yeah, I'm Adalyn. Nice to meet you," I smiled to her. There was a loud bang and I turned. My car had crashed my character was taken to jail. The boys laughed and I sighed, "I guess that game's over,"

"I love your voice, Adalyn!" she beamed at me. The boys ended their game and stood beside me,

"Thank you, is there something I can do for you?" she gave me her hair bow,

"Can you sign this for me?" I nodded and then I realised,

"I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name," I looked down to her,

"I'm Fanny. Fanny Fairfield," Tyler started laughing behind me so I elbowed him in the ribs,

"Don't laugh, it's a nice name," I signed her bow and gave it back to her,

"Thank you Adalyn!" she walked past me and stomped on Tyler's foot. We laughed at him as he hopped around in pain,

"Serves you right for laughing at her name," I smirked. We continued to wander around TimeZone in a frenzy of loud music and fun games. At some point, we got separated so I sat on a bench and took a rest. Joey and Ryan came towards me,

"Hey, we've lost Tyler," Ryan said. I shook my head and pointed to the photo booth,

"I think I know where he is," there were several slides of pictures. Flashes were going off in the booth so I poked my head in.

"OMG Ada! You photo bombed me!" he cried. I laughed and the others poked their heads in. Tyler started huffing, "Really?!"

"Sorry Tyler," Ryan said. Tyler laughed,

"I can't stay mad at you guys," he smiled. We all went to the front counter with our tickets.

"I don't have enough for anything," Joey said. I gave him my tickets, "Thanks Ada," he smiled.

"Don't mention it. There's nothing I could want here," I waited to the side of the line as the others chose their prizes. Tyler got a small money jar and Joey got some headphones.

"Hey," someone said, "I got you something," he handed me a pair of earrings.

"Awe, thanks Ryan," I smiled and switched out my old pair for the new ones.
