The show has started a couple of hours ago already and we were really in a major hit in this place. Right after finishing another song with my signature high note (I sound conceited, oops,) we went to entertain the fans as usual.

"Ha, I forgot how hot it is in this country," I whined playfully as I wiped my sweat with the towel one of the organizers handed me. "I wonder what the reason is?" I asked to my friends who were busy waving and talking to few fans, their hands low so some of the fans can touch it. I wonder what's so special with our hands that it's always used to be held by the fans?

Grace turned to answer me, "I guess because of the country's location?" she offered trying to sound like she's some sort of someone smart. "I heard that Philippines is near the equator?" she said and some of the fans laughed lightly.

"Oh shut up," Jersey intervened, knowing that her sister just read the fact from her recent Google session.

"Oh, I know!" Parry exclaimed and went close to me, something that is usual for the two of us, since we were shipped as Panic. "Maybe because our fans are giving us too much of their warm welcomes that it felt too hot than just warm!" she exclaimed lightly, making the fans go rad.

Jersey butted in. "Too bad we're about to leave," she says, pouting in front of the fans and I have the feeling that her pouting is about to be posted in the Instagram sooner or later. "But..." she paused and looked at us.

"Who wants a final song?!" we laughingly asked in unison and the crowd automatically got wild.

The show was over after the final song and another song where we, the Black Melody, sang with the TV winners. Afterwards, I and the girls went down the stage to interact a little closer to the fans, selecting few for some hugs and selfie. But the ones at the back and at the super back, weren't lost. Parry said her monopod was long enough to take a picture of us and of all the fans that were in the It didn't take us a lot of time before getting back in the backstage and back to the dressing room.

I quickly changed my clothes back to my usual shorts and loose blouse. Karlos approached me, "Hey, you," he said.

"Oh, hey," I greeted him with a smile and high fived him.

"Nice show back there," he laughed, "Believe me, my pants got tighter when you girls danced and sang Fifth Harmony's Worth It, especially when Parry did the booty," he laughs and I joined him, finding his green thoughts a little amusing.

"Oh, please join us by the way," I told him, "Every time we finished a show, we have our traditional Truth or Dare games. We simply don't want to cut out the tradition yet."

"Yeah, and besides, I think Parry would get into a little melt down if you turn this offer down," Grace says and all of us except Parry laughs. My best friend was stood there with her cheeks red, making her beautiful eyes vibrant as well.

"I don't think I'll turn it down, after all, we live in the same hotel." He notes and everybody cheers.

"Just a fair warning, JK," Grace butt in, "Our Truth or Dare games are usually dangerous."

"You're over exaggerating it, Grace. Don't scare JK off." Parry playfully glares at Grace, who just shrugged before sticking her tongue to her direction.

"Someone's being too sweet," Jersey complained, "Just be officially together already."

Parry rolled her eyes to Jersey before turning to JK, "So you're into this?"

"Into what?" a female voice spoke from somewhere, making all of us turn to the direction where it came from. When my eyes landed to her, I can't help but scoff. It was Athena, her arm tangled with Darren's although Darren looks like he was a little annoyed. I wanna laugh. "Why aren't we invited?"

Parry rolls her eyes. "Because we were only inviting JK, that is,"

"Hey, watch your mouth you pesky brunette—"

"Watch your mouth when you're speaking to my best friend, Athena," I butted in, "If you insult my best friend, I'll be the one giving it back to you." I warned her.

She seemed to be intimidated. If I know, I should be wearing more of these dark liners in my eyes to be more browbeating. JK chose to break the ice. "Hey stop it guys," he says, "Especially you, Athena, stop being such a whore in here." He doesn't seem to mind the foul word.

I expected Darren to talk back for his girlfriend as for rescue, but he was just laughing. With the sight of him laughing at Athena, I cannot help but laugh as well. When Athena spotted Darren laughing, she smacked him with her hand and she noticed that almost all of us were found her as an amusement. She huffs angrily then stomps away from the place. Talk about childish and over acting.

"Well, I think I should go ahead, too." Darren says, nodding to all of us as for farewell. "Have a good time."

"Wait, Darren," Karlos calls him, "Why won't you join us? I mean, I think Nicole doesn't mind anyway," he says and looks at me as if seeking for approval and I just nod. "See? And your girlfriend doesn't seem to be in the best mood, it would influence you as well, come on." he persuades.

Darren shakes his head, the spiky hairdo still present. "Are you sure it's okay?" he asks more onto me than to JK. "I mean, I understand if it is not cool with you, you don't have to get me if it would be some sort of a burden."

"Take it from me, Darren, its fine," I spoke up, grabbing my friends' attention. "And besides, I bet we would have more fun if we'll have more people along. It's just Truth or Dare anyway,"

"Yeah, we're just going to drink and then play spin the bottle," Grace shares.

"Come on, Darren," it was now Parry who was persuading him, "Besides, didn't you miss me? Don't you want to catch up for old time's sake?" she laughed and I caught that familiar glint in Darren's eyes when he smiles at Parry's requests. For the first time since the time I have seen him, I knew that this smile Darren is showing really meant that he'd be glad.

"Okay, I would be going then," he says.

The rest of the group howls in happiness, but mostly it was my friends. They were really used to the fact that we always play the same game over and over again. We sometimes invite Hannah to play with us as well, but Hannah is sometimes so boring to play with coz she always chooses TRUTH. Tonight, we felt like we'll be having some more fun coz we have two more to join us, and to add up, they were boys.

I find it awkward that I was left off with Darren. The twins were partners, Parry and Karlos seemed to have their own world again, so here I was, walking with Darren as we walked our way to the car we'd be riding in.

"It's been a long time since we walked together, don't you think?" he starts up and I looked up at him now, since my heels were absent and I was wearing my pair of black Converse.

A hint of anger and annoyance gets in me, I bet I was turning red. Why does he have to bring that up? I sighed but answered anyway with a smile. "Yeah," I plainly said, "I believe the same way, too. Five years," I laughed bitterly but made sure I won't sound bitter.

"Almost six actually, but I mean, who's counting?" he laughs and I sense that he was bitter at this one as well. "So, are you going to ride with me or with them? I uh..." his hands were fumbling as he paused. "I understand if you won't ride with me, though." He scratches his nape.

I looked around and found out that all of them left me, even Parry or JK. I sighed. "I guess I will ride with you," I laughed. "Where's you car, then?"

"Really?" he sounds too excited.

"I mean, I have no rental car for my own so that leaves it, I guess." I shrug.

"Cool," he says with a sincere smile, "Cool,"
