Bomi's POV:

"Bye, mom." With a sigh, I walked out of the door, only to see, Jisung waiting, not that long away from my house, making me widen my eyes - of course, I was glad that he was here, but he was pretty close to my house and I didn't want my mom to see him.

I quickly walked by him and grabbed him by his jacket, dragging him a few more feet away from my house.

"Okay?" Was the only thing he said, when I let go and I felt the urge to laugh.
"Sorry, it's just my mom." He gave me a short nod and smiled slightly - he had a nice smile.

Don't even try to argue, Bomi.

"Let's get going!" He let out a cheer as we both started walking and he started talking.

"I actually have a question for you!" Jisung stopped in front of me and I nodded.

"What is it?"

"Why don't you switch school?" He tilted his head slightly and I felt a lump in my throat. Not because it was something bad to talk about, I just didn't want to explain everything to him, right then and there.

"Well.. I just like being around girls.. Boys kinda scare me in a way, I don't even know why, I just grew up in a house, with no guys.." He nodded and opened his mouth, but closed it again, as if he wanted to say something.

"What about your dad? If it isn't too personal.." What a personal question. Should I answer? I didn't even know myself.
"To be very honest, I don't really know." He gave me a nod once again as we had to part ways and I made my way towards the school gates.

I ignored the stares of the girls, while I walked through the halls and I reached my locker.

After quickly getting my things, I walked into the classroom to see, Dahye sitting, with two other girls, I don't even remember the names of.

You need to get more friends, Bomi..

Dahye looked towards me as I sat down in my usual seat and she rolled her eyes before looking back at the two other girls - what a bitch.

The bell rang, but not even half of the girls were here when the teacher arrived, with a girl behind her.

Just my luck, maybe I'll be able to befriend her.

"Where are all the others?" I shrugged at my teachers question as she shook her head.
"That's the fifth time this month.." I had to hold back a laugh at the thought, of them failing class.

"I can't do much about it right now. Ladies, if you haven't noticed, I have this very pretty girl right beside me and she's going to be in your class from now on. Please take good care of her, she's a year younger than all of you." My eyes widened at the last part and I saw the girl blush.

My phone vibrated, but I decided to ignore it for now and I sent the shy girl a smile, who sent a small one back.

"Hello, my name is Lami. Please take good care of me!" She bowed and our teacher gestured for her to choose a seat. She looked towards me and I looked at the empty seat beside me - it would be nice, if she decided to sit beside me.

And surprisingly she did.

"My name is Bomi." I smiled once again and she smiled back.

As our teacher started talking, I quickly looked at my phone.

'Bomiii'

'I have history and it's boringgggg' I rolled my eyes at his text and decided to reply to him, even though, I got caught last time.

'I feel you' That wasn't too weird, was it?

'What are you doing?' I looked up to make sure, that my teacher wasn't looking at me, before replying him.

'I'm trying to pay attention, to what my teacher is saying, but it's too boring for me..' I looked towards Lami, who was writing down notes - that would be a good thing to do, now I think about it.

'Same.. I should probably stop texting you now, so you won't get caught again.' I felt thankful for him, because I didn't want to get caught again and I slipped the phone into my backpack.

"I want you to read page forty and answer the questions." Our teacher stated loudly? so all of us could hear and I found the page.

"Bomi, just share your book with Lami, for now." I nodded and pushed my table over to hers, making an annoying sound echo through the room.

*

"This Lami girl, what does she look like?" He looked at me and I gave him an odd look before shrugging.

"Dark hair and.. I don't know how to describe her." I laughed slightly and he chuckled before shrugging as well.

"I just know a girl named Lami, how old is she?" Now it makes sense. Kinda.

"She's actually a year younger than us.." He raised his eyebrows before nodding his head.
"It really sounds like her.. She's a nice girl, if it is, who I think it is." He smiled at me.

"Yeah.."

"Wait, don't you have to practice today?" He shook his head at me before grinning.

"It's Friday! It's my day off!"

"You get days off?" He face palmed before nodding, with a grin.
"Of course, we do!" He laughed as we reached the park and I quickly stopped him.

"I just need to do something!" I searched through my pockets, until I felt the coin and I flipped it into the fountain, making him look at me weirdly.

"Why did you do that?"

"I want to be friends with the new girl." I mumbled, ignoring him and I heard him laugh.

"Does it even work?" I looked towards him and he stared right back, his head tilted to the side slightly.
"Well, it has worked up until now.." He raised his eyebrows and looked down the fountain.

"Are those, all your coins?" He let out another laugh and I looked into the fountain before shrugging, with a slight laugh.

"Most of them are.."

"You're cute.." I widened my eyes. Aha what?

"What?" He let out an embarrassed laugh and quickly shook his head, giving me a smile.
"Nothing." I gave him a nod, so he didn't have to be embarrassed even more and we decided to walk again.

"It's going to be nice to rest!" He stretched his arms above his head and I waved at him as we reached my house.

Just as I was about to unlock the door, I heard him shout.

"I'll text you later!"
