Bomi's POV:

"Oh, you're already here!" I heard a voice exclaim and a smile spread across my face, because I knew who it was - I mean who else would talk to me?

I looked up at Jisung and he sat down beside me, before smiling slightly.

"I went here as soon as school ended, I haven't been on good terms with my mom since yesterday, so I stay as much as I can, outside of the house." He nodded understandingly, while fiddling with his fingers and he cleared his throat.

"But don't you think it would be better to, you know.." He started off and I bit down on my lip, knowing what he was trying to say.
"Talk it out?" Shrugging my shoulder, I let a sigh slip from my lips.
"I don't really know.. My mom is really stubborn." I stated and he chuckled slightly, before nodding his head.

"Now I know where you got it from." A laugh escaped me and I pushed him slightly, not enough to make him fall off the bench, because I'm a good.. Girlfriend. Yeah.

"Hey, I'm not that stubborn!" He hummed in response and he fiddled with his fingers again.

Why was he eve-

Then Jisung grabbed my hand, before standing up, pulling me with him.

"Let's go somewhere else!" He laughed awkwardly as I felt his hand intertwine with mine, making my face heat up like a fire and when I looked at him, his face was completely red as well.

"Where do you want to go?" He shrugged and kept looking away from me.

So that was why he kept fiddling with his fingers.

His hand was warm and I felt all warm inside when holding it, but it was a bit sweaty - or maybe it was mine, I honestly didn't know.

"It's going to be okay, she won't kill you." He said the last park in a jokingly way, but he didn't know and I hugged him, before nodding my head.

"I guess, I'll see you tomorrow, if I'm still alive." He pouted at that, before shaking his head.

"Don't say things like that!" I smiled and walked towards the front door, before turning around to see him still standing there. Quickly, I ran back down to him, making him look at me confused.

No turning back, Bomi.

"Wha- Did you forget somethi-" Leaning in, I placed my lips on his cheek, before hurriedly running inside, not looking back.

Walking into the living room, I took a deep breath and quickly peaked out the window to see Jisung, still standing there!

He wasn't only standing, but he had his hand on his cheek and he had this goofy smile on his face which only made me smile as well.

"So that's the Jisung boy, huh?" I turned around as soon as those words had left her mouth and I swallowed hard, before nodding. She took a step closer to the window, before peeking outside as well. He stood there for a few more seconds, before running away and my mom turned to me.

"He's-"

"Not a monster." I snapped, which wasn't intentional at all, trust me! It just kind of happened, I didn't mean to snap at her..

"I-I wasn't going to say that Bomi, I was just going to say tha-"

"That you want me to break up with him and live with you for my whole life?" I continued, but she shook her head, before grabbing my shoulders.
Well, even if she didn't admit it, I knew that was what she wanted.

"Bomi, I want you to listen to me and don't interrupt me okay?" I nodded my head, waiting for her to continue - waiting for her to shout at me and force me to never talk to him again, but it never came.

"He seems.. He seems like a.. Nice guy.." She started off with small pauses in between. I surely didn't expect that, she seemed okay with me being with him.

"Who are you and what have you done to my mothe-"

"No interrupting! I just want to say that I.. Approve? I'm okay, I guess." When she was talking like this, she actually sounded like a teenage girl.
I was confused, no to say that, was an understatement.

"Wha-"

"I thought about the words you told me and I realized, that I really did lock you up your whole life and kept you away from boys, just because I.." She took a shaky breath and she wiped her eyes, before laughing slightly. I shifted awkwardly and I didn't know what to do, which resulted in me hugging her.

"Just because I never did well with boys, doesn't mean that you won't." She finished off and I nodded with a smile, I felt happier knowing that my mom finally saw what she had done.

"Does he take good care of you?" Her question caught me off guard, but I should've known a question like that would be asked and I laughed slightly, before nodding my head. "We haven't been together for that long, but he really does take good care of me and he always supports me." I explained to her and she smiled slightly, before wiping her eyes.

"When.. When do I get to meet this young man?" She asked me and I widened my eyes, shrugging my shoulders.

She now wanted to meet him?

"I-I don't know.. I'm hanging out with him tomorrow, then I can talk to him about it.. If that's okay." I told her gently and she nodded her head, before standing up.

"Sounds perfect, now I'll get some dinner ready. Go up and text him or something!" She joked slightly and I couldn't help but feel.. Happy - no, I felt jubilant! It was like my life, finally, was turning the right direction.

I ran into my room and without closing the door, I found my phone, before dialing Jisung's number.
It rang for a few seconds, before he picked up.

"Hey-"

"She's okay." I cut him off, sounding maybe a bit too excited as a chuckle could be heard from the other line.
"What? What do you mean? Who's okay?" I couldn't help but squeal slightly, which I immediately felt embarrassed about.

"My mom! She's okay with us being together!"
