Riker's POV

"The reason I've been acting so strange around her is because...." Ugh, how do I tell her. "Okay Delly, sit down." I said to her and she sat down on the chair next to mine. "The day before Amy's birthday last year, I had a dream, about....her and me, and this is what happened."

*Riker's Dream*

"Riker. Come on. We're going to. Be late." Amy said to me as he was putting her necklace on. It was her friend Olivia's birthday. She invited Amy because they're like sisters, but she said she could plus one me only if I could plus one Rocky. Which was just weird. Amy and I had both got in the car and I started driving. "Oh shit. I forgot part if her present, can we go into Wal-Mart quickly?" I asked me, "Says the one who said we were already running late." I said and pulled over. She kissed my cheek and got out or the car. I waited more about ten minutes until she came back. She was carrying a bag full of sweeties and candies. She got back in the car, and I drove off again. We were almost at her party. I know L.A pretty well, so I decided to take a short cut but my mind was to focused on this short cut, I didn't hear the other car screech it tires on the other side of the car. "R-Riker." Amy said as blood dripped from her head. "Oh fuck. Hey. It's going to be okay." I said trying to get small pieces if glass out of her hair while trying to soothe her. She weakly held not my hand and squeezed it "I love you." She said and I noticed her eyes shut just as I heard the engine and sirens come closer. "I love you too." I whispered just before I broke down into tears.

*End of Dream*

"Whoa." Rydel said wiping a tear away. "I've had this dream many times before. And I've tried to figure out what it actually means." I said and thought for a moment. "I think I love her." I said "But...Because I say it to her, after she dies, it's kinda like a, it's to late moment." Riker said, and Rydel started smirking.

Amy's POV

I walked down the hall to try and find Riker and Rydel. I heard them talking so I opened the door to about a inch and listened to their conversation.

"I think I love her." Riker said, "But...Because I say it to her, after she dies, it's kinda like a, it's to late moment." Riker said, "Then just say it." Rydel said getting a little excited, "But I don't know how." Riker said half panicking half, giving no emotion away. "Then show her. You've been acting like a fucking moron these last couple of days. Show her that you love her, be nice, buy her something. You've been acting like you don't even know her." Rydel practically yelled at him. "But, I can't just automatically change, she'll think something's up." Riker said stating a very good point. "Then, do it over a period of time. Like tomorrow. Talk to her, then over the weekend buy her some flowers." Rydel said, calmly. "What are her favourite flowers?" She asked curiously.

Oh crap. I thought. How do I get out of this sticky situation. Rydel doesn't even know my favourite type of flower. I knocked on the door. "Hey. There you guys are." Nice cover up. "Uhh, we're leaving soon." I said and Riker pretty much pushed past me to leave, "What's up with him?" I asked Rydel as we walked out together. I knew she wasn't going to tell me the answer straight away. "Uhh, family stuff." She said and I nodded.
