*a couple of months later*
*R5's LOUDER release party.*
Rocky's POV
This was it. Today was the day! Finally everything we have done goes into this amazing day. We're releasing our new cd. We had this brilliant plan that we'd go buy our cd in 'Target', but then we realised Ross wasn't going to be with us. We're still not so sure if we're going to do that or not. Riker clumsily walked down the hall. "Sup brother." I said and I gave him a playful punch in the arm but he pretty much grabbed my arm and twisted. "Dude. That fucking hurt." I said and he walked off. "What's up with him?" I asked, the two that were in the kitchen. "Girl troubles." Rydel sand quietly as she skipped passed me in her hello kitty pyjamas. "Right." I said. Riker, having 'girl troubles'? Never, he could, he can get any girl he wants. Why doesn't he just go to one of Rydels friend, they all love him.
Mom shouted us lunch at a cafe so we all headed there first. Amy didn't come with us though. She said she was busy. Good excuse. I started to miss her. She's like a sister to me. We're actually pretty close.
Ross' POV
We all sat down in a booth and ordered. "Riker what's up?" I whispered to him as the waitress took our menus. "I'm not hungry." He stammered at me. "Aww, you're to excited." I said and poured some orange juice. "Y-yeah." He stuttered and Dad made a small toast.
After we hate I went straight to Austin and Ally rehearsals. Raini kept singing, Love Me Like That, all day. Catchy song, I'll agree but, it got quite annoying after a while. I still couldn't believe this was finally happening.
Thankfully the director let me out early so I could do a signing. After the signing we're all going out for drinks. Well, I can't drink yet, but you know what I mean.
Riker's POV
We had arrived at a small venue. There were a couple of balloons out the front so we knew this was the place. We all walked up a flight of swirled stairs and we heard some chattering. "Congratulations!" Everyone yelled as we reached the top. We all stood there surprised and shocks. All of our family were here. "Thanks guys." Ryland said and bowed. "No not you." Lori said, and hugged me. Through out the night, we were dancing, singing, talking very loudly. "Hey guys. Sorry I'm late." Amy said walking over to me and Rocky. Wow. Se looked gorgeous. She was just wearing a skirt and a top but she still looked....HOT! "Riker. Riker." Amy said waving her hand in my face. "Oh right sorry." I said and put my arm around her. I wasn't technically hugging her. Just a friendly gesture. Right?
Not many people could drink at this event, but of course I did. I got to kiss Amy last time I was drink. I'm such a confident drunk. I hug people a lot. So I've been told. I don't even know how I should react around Amy. I should ask her to be my girlfriend. No, wait. Maybe. I don't know. How would I though. I did it last time. It can't be that hard. I just need a perfect moment. How could I create that?
We got really hot really quickly so I went outside and I saw Rocky talking to Amy. "Rocky. Get away from her!" I yelled and stumbled forward and let my drink fall from my hand and let it smash onto the ground. Rocky stood in front of Amy to protect her. "Amy. Listen to me. You're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. You don't need make up to be gorgeous. I love you just the way you are. You're perfect and everything..." I said and getting closer to her to tell her I love her but Rocky kept pushing her behind him. I could punch him.
Rocky's POV
I made sure I was protecting Amy through out this whole thing. Riker was drunk, and I mean drunk. The last time people go drunk I was torn apart from the best friend. I'm nit going to let that happen..not again. I wanna some time alone with Amy so I could tell her how I feel about her...until my bastard brother had to ruin it!
Before I knew it. Riker's hand was on my shoulder and he pushed me to the ground. "Amy please. Just listen to me." Riker said to her and I shook my head but Amy nodded. His going to hit her. Oh shit. I tried to get up on two feet but as I tried to push up, I felt my wrist crack. The amount of pressure that Riker has used to push me to the floor, was.. "Ah fuck." I yelled in pain.
Ross' POV
I went to go looking for Riker. Until I heard Rocky yelled in pain. "Ah fuck." And I went running to find him. I noticed him on the ground near Riker's feet. I'm not going to lie a tear went down my face. My older brothers who I look up to, one is in pain and looks weak, and the other one is trying to tell the girl he loves that he loves while his drunk. This isn't going to end up well.
I ran over and took Rocky's place trying to stop Riker from touching Amy. Riker whacked my face so I had a good go at him and punched him hard, I mean hard. The way he touched his cheek and eye, he looked at me in anger and he grabbed me by the shirt and I did the same to him. Fight isn't the answer, I know. But I need to protect Amy. She's like a sister. She taught me how to be confident and with out her, I wouldn't know where I would be now. "If you really loved her, you would've have done that to your brother!" I yelled at Riker and he let go of my shirt and ran off.
I looked at Amy and she hugged me tightly. "Thanks." She said and started to cry into my chest. I could tell how scared she was. I was pretty scared too. "Rocky." I said and kneeled down to him. Amy went to feel his temperature and I noticed Rocky blush while she touched him on his forehead and cheeks. I some how managed to get Rocky up on his feet and I held his wrist and he winced at the pain. I noticed an ambulance park near us so I helped him over to it. It was such a coincidence at it had arrived just in time, and neither Amy or I had called it. I helped Rocky into the ambulance and got out of it and sat on the curb next to Amy and I put my arm around her. She was shaking with fear. "Hey. It's okay." I said and kissed her head and pulled her closer to me. "I-I should th-thank him." She said and looked at me. "But I should thank you first." She said and kisses my cheek. "Thank you." She sad sweetly and hugged me. "No problem." I said and return the hug.
