I lay down,
My body aching,
Begging for freedom,
Trapped,
In the delicate walls,
Of my skin.My body numb,
I can't think,
The burning sensation,
Taking over,
Before freezing,
To ice,
Shaking,
Scarcely living.I think of everything,
Why this is happening,
The beat of my,
Decaying heart,
Against my,
Shattering,
Rib cage.And I can't breathe,
Because when I do,
The pain worsens,
And my body falls,
Deeper and deeper,
In the ocean,
Of life,
As I realise,
I can't swim.It's the indescribable pain.
