I got tagged to do the heart tag thingy by residenthobbit49! Onward we gooo!
Who encouraged you to start writing?
Hmm, I dunno. Along the years that I've been really into writing there have been so many, like my teachers who always told me how great I was at writing and stuff, but overall I think that AshtheAmazingMerlin was probably the biggest influence on getting me hooked on writing, and purely by inviting me to an RP site a couple years ago. That really made me realize how much I enjoy writing for more than just essays for school. I discovered a passion for writing sci-fi and action and adventure, and not only stuff for grades.
Name a Wattpad author who inspires you to take your writing up a notch.
Well, there are two I can think of, and they are TDelanie and Infinite_Writer01. I dunno, their ways with words are just so amazing, and I wish that when I wrote it sounded nearly that good. Everything they write is so filled with emotions and details that so far I don't really know how to convey!
What hobbies inspire you to write?
I think all of my hobbies kinda led to writing, because I draw, I read, and I do music, and those are all super creative type things so discovering how I enjoy writing was like a natural fit!
If you could address any issues through fictional writing, what would they be?
Probably something about the enviroment and how the only way to make a good difference in the world for whatever cause is to accept everyone and stay united and work together!
What is the most heartfelt thing you have written?
Ooh, the instant thing that comes to my mind is "Old" Friend, a chapter in here. It's not fiction writing, but writing all the same. Plus I was literally sobbing as I wrote it, and I was trying to hard to convey my thoughts and feelings to those who read it.
Another scene is in Markus High that hasn't been published yet, but lots of things happen and one of them is alone and gets hurt and just wanted to be back and safe with her friends and all of this stuff. I teared up. I'm such a sensitive person, though.
What is the most cliche character you wish people understood better, and therefore stopped them from being stereotypical?
"Strong" female characters who meet a hot guy and are instantly a damsel in distress. There can be strong women who can take care of themselves. They do not need a man to protect them, they should be selfless, resourceful, and independent, not reduced to a wimp with a crush.
Who do you desire to be a published author?
If forced to pick one, then I've mentioned her before, but TDelanie. I really love her writing style and would love to see her try things outside of just Naruto fanfics. She's got a real talent for writing, and I feel like anything she wrote would just sound amazing.
