My Fandom-Filled Crazy Life

Politics.

Yeah yeah, politics, such a boring subject that no one our age carea about, but we should.

My dad was watching the TV on the news and it said that if they, Utahns, could chose to vote for Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump for president that 33% would vote for Trump, 28% for Clinton, 33% for neither, and 6% didn't know. Oh how all but one of those percents bother me.

Let's get this out of the way before I go farther. I'm neither Republican nor Democratic. I think political parties are stupid. All political parties do is make a wall between people. It just makes things harder.

I also believe that neither political party is 100% correct, but that democrats are closest to being correct right now, in other words, they're the lesser of two evils.

Another big thing I have against political parties is how people grow up with their parents who are in their political parties and learn from them. The parents/family probably hears things from news stations or talk radio programs about politics and just believe it and accept it as tje truth. For goodness sake, do some freaking research on what you hear to be sure that you're believing the truth.

Okay, back to the percentages that bother me.

33% of people would vote for Trump. I swear, if Trump become president I will run away and move to freaking Canada.

24% for Clinton. This doesn't bother me as much, but what bothers me about it is how Trump got more. Clinton, in my opinion, is the lesser of these two evils. Everyone in Utah is a freaking Republican and they don't think twice about it. Geez sometimes I hate America.

And the number that I hate most of all. 6% of people don't know.

Do freaking research. You live in America. Your vote is worth something. This is our freaking country, care enough to at least research who will freaking run the country!!!

And AshtheAmazingMerlin because your family often times forces me to listen to their political debates, and how much "Obama sucks", and all the horrible things he's done to our country(yeah, I still remember the time your grandma and mother got very heated about it and I was forced into the most one sided conversation of my life. That's right. I still remember. #neverforget) I, just once, want you to sit in a room with my father and cousin while they talk about politics.

Just once. I wouldn't care if you didn't say anything, as long as you freaking listened.

Whelp, that became a rather heated rant rather quickly...

It's cool if you don't have the same political views as me, as long as you've done your research.

And if your gonna do research, don't just trust one site. Go to multiple sites and see what you find.
