Luke's POV

I woke up with Ashton's messy hair tickling my nose, making me grumble because no one is the happiest when waking up. Espesially since I barely had any sleep, not really knowing how missing a couple of hours of rest can get you so damn tired.

Thoughts were wandering my mind for hours and I couldn't make it stop. Mostly it was because how rude I was to Ashton. I searched for reasons why but I have no moral excuse for it, I was just being an asshole. And even if I wasn't thinking of that, I was too preoccupied watching him sleep soundly next to me. Sure, sharing a bed isn't anything new between us, but I couldn't help but want to stay like like this forever.

I creepily stared at his sleeping face (again); his hair sticking up at every angle, mouth slightly open and nose scrunching up every now and then resembling a small kitten. He looked adorable.

Like always.

Okay maybe I wasn't afraid to admit that Ashton has good looks. He's beautiful, funny, and adorable. And when he wears his glasses he looks nerdy, though he really doesn't like wearing them, saying he looks 'weird' but I always reassure him by saying he looks cute and he smiles with dimples and all; the way I've always loved since day one.

He stirred in his sleep and I somehow knew he was about to wake up. Instead of his hazel eyes coming into view, as I had expected, I heard small grumbles coming out of his mouth. His fist tightened around my shirt and he began kicking my feet.

"Mmmm" He mumbled again, eyes still closed, and before I can even do anything about it, he pushed me hard on my chest. I fell to the floor with a loud thump. "Hey!"

"Oh my god I'm so sorry did I drop you?" Ashton asked like it wasn't obvious, and crawled out of bed as fast as I had fallen out of it.

"No, I fell myself" I noted sarcastically, rolling my eyes, then added, "Yes you did! You're so mean! I was peacefully laying there minding my own buisness--"

"Uh-huh that's why you were staring at me for the longest time" he pointed out and I felt a blush rising to my cheeks.

"You were fake sleeping? Tha-- wait you pushed me off the bed on purpose!" I gaped at him and he grinned.

"It was getting weird!" He said, raising his hands up in defense. By now I swore my cheeks were the brightest shade of red. He shook his head and went to my side, offering a hand to help me up.

"Thanks" I mumbled.

"Breakfast?" I asked him once I was on my both feet.

"Uhh, y-yeah" he stuttered and I saw the unease in his eyes, but ignored it. He followed me down stairs and I fixed up breakfast. It was only cereal, but you know what they say; it's the thought that counts.

We didn't sit down at the couch, instead we leaned on the counters, holding the bowl of calories in our hands. He played with the spoon and swirled the cereal around while I messily stuffed fruity pebbles into my mouth.

"I'll be back, I need to pee" he murmured and rushed down the hall into the bathroom.

I swallowed what was in my mouth and mumbled, "Oh okay" I wasn't as hungry anymore so I dumped the left over in the trash, then did the same to Ashton's bowl, knowing he wasn't going to eat it anyways.

I went to Ashton's room and took one of his hoodies that fit him slightly big, and put it over my head, making sure it was clean first.

After that, I stood at the door waiting for him to come out so we can go somewhere; anywhere. I was kind of tired of doing nothing, a good walk in the park will be enough for me.
