Ring. Ring. Ring
Dammit. I slam the snooze button on my alarm clock and rub my hand over my face. Fuck. What day is it? I drag myself out of bed and shuffle over to the calendar on my wall. Friday... It's Friday. Great. No where to go, no one to be with. I sigh and continue to tow myself to the restroom and gussy up. Finding a decent outfit isn't hard at all so I hurry and throw something on.
I clamp my eyes shut and exhale slowly. I fix my now shaking hand on the door knob and slightly twist it. The door makes an excruciatingly loud squeak and I cringe. I wait for any sign of movement or noise, anything. Nothing. I then go to my dresser and grab my cellphone and camera. I tip-toe out of my room, looking in every direction before every step I take. When there's no sign of Mom's drunk ass anywhere, I continue to tip-toe to and out the front door. I finally let out a long breath that I didn't know I had been holding.
I smile. The feeling of the cool air engulfing my face is unbelievably incredible.
"Hey! Hurry up son! Our flight leaves in an hour, and I am not going through the same crap as last time!"
I turn to my left to see Mr. Mathews tugging a whole bunch of luggage into his BMW with Aiden right behind him. I forgot he was leaving to England. I chew on my bottom lip, debating mentally If I should keep walking to nowhere or If I should walk over there and say bye. After a few more seconds on knocking my head against a brick wall I decide on the latter. I walk across the street, the whole time mumbling furiously at myself not to turn around. Aiden looks up from loading the car to see me walking towards him, probably with a horrifying look on my face.
"Hey,Tweety."
I wrinkle my face. "Tweety?"
"Well, yeah. You've got to admit you look like tweety bird."
I chuckle and playfully punch him on the shoulder.
"Ouch! Brutal much?" He rubs his shoulder and laughs. His face then softens and he wraps his arms around me. Oh my god! What do I do with my hands? Do I hug him back? Oh crap. I return the embrace slowly.
"I'm going to miss you, Tweety." I draw back out of the hug. My pale skin turns a deep shade of red, unveiling my shock, excitement, and love all at once.
"I'm going to miss you too." We hold each others gaze before it was broken by Aiden's dad telling him to hurry up. We give each other one last hug before him and his father drive away. One month. That's how long he'll be gone. This is going to be one hell of a month without the only person I can call my 'friend'.
I turn and continue to walk down the sidewalk. I guess the only place I can go to is the park. I take pictures of everything surrounding me whether It be the trees, grass, insects, a random floating balloon, they're all art. As I'm taking a picture of a small kitten sleeping under the shade someone bumps into me, making me stumble backwards.
"Woah!" I wait for the impact of flesh against concrete, but nothing happens. I open one eye to see a handsome stranger holding me up.
"I am so sorry, Gorgeous. Are you alright?"
I poise myself out of his arms and examine myself. "Yeah, I'm good...thanks."
Gorgeous?
"No need to thank me when I'm the one who hit you, remember?"
I shake my head to say no. "Look, thanks but I've really got to go."
I offer him a nod and decide I've had enough adventure for one day. Something about that man's dark black eyes just creeps me out.

She is just beautiful, everything about her. From her fierce, black hair to her small freckles. Her delicate skin... I just wanted to lay kisses all over her chin to let her know that she's mine. I didn't want to freak her out too much though, but I just had to hold her in my arms. As she walks away I notice her peering back every now and then to see if I was trailing after her. I hold back a laugh.
I turn and start walking to the stake-out apartment I rented not too far from here. I wonder who that boy she was enveloping is though. Her boyfriend? All I know is no one will come between me and my love. I've sacrificed and worked too hard to let her go just like that. My basement is all set up in my main house. I've been planning this project for years now, and It should be easy considering no one notices the poor doll. Heaven knows why, she's like an on Earth angel. Every step she takes is breathtaking, they're all just jealous.
I arrive at the apartment and rummage through my pocket for the keys.
"Hey! Jason!" I turn to see my landlord coming towards me with a rage.
"Hey Dan. Can I help you?"
"Yes you can fucking help me! I've been getting complaints left and right of a horrid odor coming out of your damn apartment. Now if you don't do something about It I will."
I smirk. " You're not going to do shit about anything, Dan." I lean in close.
" You don't want to play games with me because I will make you my bitch, Dan. I will come into your room at night, slice your neck ever so slowly. Oh, don't worry I wont kill you then, I want you to die a slow, miserable death. I'll cut just deep enough so you can see me fuck your daughter right in front of you. What's her name again? Emily? Oh sweet, sweet Emily. How old again? 16? Ah, ripe." I step back with a now trembling Dan bewildered at everything I had just told him.
" I-I'll go to the police you son of a bitch!"
"And say what, Dan!? 'Oh, one of my tenants threatened to kill me and rape my daughter'? Ha, where's the proof Dan? Look, stay out of my way and there wont be any problems. Call the police, I'll know. Tattle-tale, I'll know. Just go home and drink your damn chai-tea." I return to opening my apartment door, leaving a frightened Dan pissing himself with fear. Now, time to get ready for Rae's permanent visit.
