FIFTY SHADES OF THEO JAMES

Chapter 14

Before I left the room Theo caught up with me and handed me a manila folder. "I have to change out, and then I'll be home. Make sure that gets to Grace. It's her schedule." I glanced down at the folder and then back up at Theo.

"I'll make sure she gets it."

"You do realize what this means?" He asked me.

I rose my eyebrows to him. "What, what means?" I asked confused.

"Grace getting the role." I didn't say anything. "Ellie, this movie has nude scenes in it and intimate moments between my character and Grace's. That is why I wanted you to say yes."

"More the reason to say no. I wouldn't feel comfortable with the whole world seeing my body like that. Theo, I know what I gave up and I did it for a reason. Being in this relationship with you already is putting me way out of my comfort zone." I said before I turned and left.

I wandered around the building for maybe ten minutes trying to find Grace and the others. After a last attempt I headed out to the parking lot where we parked and found them hanging out by the car.

"Hey, El, how was your audition? Did you get the part? Of course you did, you are Theo's girlfriend, I bet he pulled some strings." Grace rushed out.

I clutched the envelope in my hands as I approached them. Grace's eyes dropped to my hands. "What is that?" She asked curiously.

"I haven't looked at it yet, but Theo said that it was the filming schedule."

"Oh." Grace said, slightly put out. "So, I take it you got the part."

"Actually, Grace, you did." A large grin filled my face as I handed her the envelope. "Congratulations, Emmaline." I winked.

Grace squealed so loud I had to cover my ears. "I knew it! I knew it! I am the best, like always!" She said doing a celebratory dance.

I couldn't help but roll my eyes. If I was to be honest about one thing I didn't like about Grace it was her obnoxious personality trait of always thinking she was better than everyone else and always having to be the best.

The ride home was annoying, listening to her go on and on about how she knew she was going to be the one to get the part. Luckily Shailene and Zoe had to stay back for a bit to go over some things with the director so they didn't have to witness this.

After I changed into my night things and made sure Grace was settled in I grabbed my laptop and climbed into my bed.

Logging onto my facebook page I clicked on the notifications. I was tagged by Grace in several pictures and status'. I clicked on a random one.

It was a random picture of Grace and I on the beach during the sunset with a caption that read "When your best friend is dating a celebrity, you get the honor of being a part of moments like these."

I rolled my eyes. Another quality I didn't admire about Grace was her tendency to somehow make everything about her. She was very subtle about how she went about it.

Opening up my messages I clicked on the top one from an old friend of mine. It was what I expected, just someone wanting back into my life now that I was considered "cool". The next was the same thing, except instead of from someone that I had once considered a friend it was from someone who used to bully me.

Without even looking I accepted all the friend requests and then went to my profile. As I clicked on the pictures I felt my chest tighten as I seen the pictures of my sisters and I. Closing my eyes I held my breath and counted to ten. Then I clicked on the pictures of Theo and I together.
