LUNA'S POV

It's the day I have my interview on the Ellen DeGeneres show! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!!!!!!!!

Must......breathe! The interview I wasn't so worried about, it was being on television that scared the crap out of me! Taylor was going to come on with me just to answer some of the questions for her, and to help me out. It was an hour and a half before the show, and a make up team was getting me dressed and ready.

As soon as they finished, I got to meet Ellen DeGeneres herself! She was just as funny and nice as she was in real life! She wished me luck and Taylor and I got ready to start rehearsal. The show was live, so there was no room for error!

The bell... or whatever rang and it was time to go live. I took a deep breath and a drink of water to clam my pounding heartbeat. 3...2...1! Ellen did her introduction and then called me and Taylor to the stage.

Everyone clapped as we waved and took our seats. Ellen shook our hands, "Welcome to the show!" she said.

"Thanks for having us!" Taylor said.

"Thank you for coming," Ellen replied "Now, Luna. You were at one of Taylor's concerts and won one of her... backstage privileges, is that right?"

I inhaled sharply, "Y-Yes....um, she has this... thing she does that people get chosen... by her mom to meet her."

"I see," she says "and what happened backstage?"

I was starting to feel a little more loose. Just pretend you're having a normal, non-television conversation. I told myself. "Well, I was with my best friend... and her... brother" I choked at the thought of Talen "...and we were so excited to find out that we were going to meet TAYLOR SWIFT!" I turned to the camera, "Hi, Olivia! Hi, Talen!" I chuckled "So anyway, I was in the bathroom after it was time to leave, and... ha... I was s-singing!"

"Singing?" Ellen asks "In the bathroom? Isn't that a shower thing?" The audience laughed.

"Well, for me, it's an everywhere thing. So, I was singing, one of the songs I had just finished writing, and I come out, and she's standing there! I was like, Oh my gosh! She just heard me singing!" The audience laughs again "And I'm standing there, and she's standing there, so I thought she was angry that I used her bathroom," I chuckled "...so I'm like, 'Oh my gosh, I'm sorry, I thought I could use your bathroom...' and she stops me from leaving and all I thought was, Oh no, I'm in trouble!" everyone, including Taylor and Ellen, burst out chortling.

Now, I was completely calm, this interview thing would be a success! Taylor stops me, "Luna!" she chuckled "it was 'cause you were singing... and I'd never heard it before! So I waited for you to come out, and you're as pale as a ghost, and all upset about thinking you shouldn't have used the restroom, so I was like, 'It's not about the bathroom,' I tried so hard.. not to laugh..." everyone snickered "but I asked you about your singing, then I asked her to sing the whole thing for me, and all I could think to myself was; this needs to be in my next concert! SO she became my opening act!

The audience clapped. I smiled brightly. Ellen smiled too, "Luna, tell me about... the haters." I groan, "It's not as bad as I know it's gonna get," I begin "but, you know, Taylor's here telling me 'haters gonna hate,' and that I've got a good voice, and with all she's helped me with, all I can do now is trust her." Cheers and hollers roared across the set.
