Mike gave a smile, and then looked at the gasping trio, which were in awe.
Lucas: Wow, Mike.
Dustin: Woah, Mike. Smooth.
Will: ...
Mike turned brighter.
Mike: Guys, stop!
Nancy stepped over to the gang, her arm linked with Jonathan.
Nancy: Knew it.
Mike: Knew what!?
Nancy: You do love her.
Mike's face got more heated. Eleven was silent.
Mike: And we knew it too, Nancy!
Mike tried a come back.
Nancy: What?..
Mike: You DO love Jonathan!
Nancy: No, I don't.
Jonathan shot a quick glance at her, she was obviously lying.
Dustin: Ah, how bad the Wheelers' are at lying, huh?
Mike shot the 'look' at Dustin.
Nancy: Well, okay then.
Nancy walked off with Jonathan following her. Mike turned to them, and sat with Dustin, Lucas, and Will. Eleven sat next to Mike.
Mike: Thanks for coming with me, El. It means the world to me.
Eleven blushed, she didn't think she meant anything to anyone. Mike got closer for another peck on the cheek then Dustin cut him off.
Dustin: Okay, Okay. We get it, just please stop.
Lucas sipped his fruit punch awkwardly.
Will: Even though Jennifer dumped me, I had fun guys. Thanks for helping me.
Lucas grinned with Dustin.
Lucas: It's no problem if it's for my man.
Lucas shook his hand, and Dustin nudged Will's shoulder.
Eleven: She is with mouth breathers.
Mike turned as fast as he could, Eleven was right. Jennifer was standing with Troy and his friends, whispering in his ear. This was all a set up.
Dustin: Why that little!
Lucas: I knew there was something suspicious about her!
Will sighed.
Will: I was stupid to think someone would actually want to dance with me.
Lucas pat his back, while Dustin reached out some pudding from his pocket to Will.
Dustin: Pudding makes me feel better.
Will: No thanks, Dustin.. but thanks.
Eleven trailed off to Jennifer and Troy. Jennifer was laughing, then Troy and Jennifer turned.
Mike: El, wait!
Mike ran after her.
Troy: Oh — Here comes the freak duo! Hah!
Eleven growled.
Eleven: Mouth breather.
Mike: Let's not waste our time with them, El..
Dustin, Lucas, and Will followed.
Troy: You are the one who threw me into the tree! How did you even do that!?
Eleven: Mouth breather.
Troy: Is that the only word you can fit in your puny brain?
Mike: Take that back!
Troy: Make me, frog face!
Mike ran at him and tried to kick him, but Troy zippered his arms behind his back.
Mike: Hey!
Eleven made Troy's leg dislocate.
Troy: Ahhg! My leg!
Troy let go of Mike, and fell to the ground Eleven turned to Jennifer. Jennifer ran off.
Will: Thanks, Eleven.
Mike: Yeah, El.
A slow song came on, and Mike dragged her back  to the middle of the room and they danced for another two hours...
