Chapter 20
That's how Fred and George found Harry at dinner time and they looked really worried. "Harry, are you okay?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Well you've been up here for the last four hours just looking at your pictures."
"I wasn't just looking at these, I was preparing for tonight and tomorrow too."
"What's going on tonight?" George asked confused.
"Snape and Remus are getting the Slytherins together tonight and we're going down to the Chambers."
"Ah, so what's tomorrow?" Fred asked also curious.
"Professor Burbage is taking our class on a field trip to Godric's Hollow."
"Isn't that where your parents lived?" George asked hesitantly.
"Yeah."
"I wish we could come with you." Fred said frowning.
"Why?" Harry asked getting a feeling he knew what they were going to say.
"Well, you're going to visit them right? So we want to be there for you in case you need us." George explained. Harry smiled.
"I wish you guys could come too. You know, I'm sure Professor Burbage won't mind if you two come. I could ask her tomorrow."
"Sounds like a plan." Fred and George both said grinning. Harry chuckled.
"Just don't cause too much trouble for her or she might say no."
"We promise we'll keep it on the down low, Harry." They said winking at him. Finally, the three of them headed down to the Great Hall. Harry wasn't ready to put his photo album away, but if he kept looking at it like that, then he would just lose himself like he almost did with the mirror of Erised. Harry didn't want to go back to that. He hated that feeling and he didn't want to add anymore things to have a nightmare about. Harry decided to focus on what was going to happen tonight. He was curious about the reactions from the Slytherin students about him speaking Parseltongue. Well, it really couldn't be that bad, all but the first years know about it. So it can't be too bad, can it? He hoped not. He really didn't want another year like last year. It sucked having the whole school against you in one day. It was overwhelming and Harry didn't think he could deal with that again.
"Harry, are you okay? You seem worried." George said bringing Harry out of his thoughts.
"It's just I don't want to face another year like last year."
"Oh, the whole Slytherin Heir thing?" Fred asked frowning.
"Yeah but it was more than that. It felt like everyone was against me because I can talk to snakes. Speaking Parseltongue isn't even considered dark magic."
"Not everyone was against you, Harry."
"I know that, but it was overwhelming. If that happens again, I don't know if I can go through that again."
"Harry, if that does end up happening, then you won't be facing it alone, because you've got us, Angelina, Alicia, Katie and Draco, Lupin, Padfoot, Parkinson, Nott, Zabini, and, we hate to say it, Snape to help you through this." Harry nodded, smiling.
"Thanks." Harry didn't know how many times he was going to have to thank these two but he was grateful to have them as friends.
"Anytime little brother." Fred said slinging an arm around Harry's shoulder. The three entered the Great Hall and sat down at their table.
