This entire week has consisted of me trying to find something to wear for the date, and asking Hunter where we're going. I get 'it's a surprise' every freaking time.

It's now Friday and I'm looking for someone -that I know for sure- that knows where hunters taking me.

"Owen" I lean against the locker and send him a sweet smile

"May" he closes the locker and looks down at me with his arms crossed

"How you been buddy? I haven't seen my best friend in forever" I push his shoulder playfully

"Really? I thought Hunter was at your house yesterday." He smirks before walking off

I roll my eyes and jog up beside him. With his long stride I had to take two extra steps to keep up

"Your my best friend to Owen. And you know that"

"Yeah, well I have been feeling left out" he stops and puts his hand on his chest over his heart" and it hurts" he fake pouts

"Would you stop being-"

"Sorry" a kid that bumped in to me called out

"-baby" I fix my bag on my shoulder

He chuckles and grabs my wrist "come on. Let's get out of everyones way"

He pulls me to the side of the hall and leans on the wall and looks down at me

"What's wrong?"

"What do you mean?" I ask while pulling my hair to the back

"You came up to me to ask me something didn't you?" He smirked and narrowed his eyes at me

I sigh and throw my head back"yes fine. I need to know..... where's hunter taking me for our day?"

He merely shrugs and purses his lips "come on dipshit tell me! I know you know." I point a accusing finger at him

"Now if I did" he tapped his chin "why would I tell you. You just called me a dipshit" he wiggles is index finger side to side " not very nice erenta" I cringe at my middle name

"Okay. lo siento. Now would you tell me"

Silent

I put my hands in a praying stance and jump up and down "Owen please I don't know what to wear since I don't know where we're going. Help a sista out man"

He chuckles before putting both his hands on my shoulder to stop me from jumping

"Fine" he sighs

"Really? You'll tell me?" He simply nods with a smile on his face

I pull him into a hug and he wraps his large arms around me while chuckling. I pull away and look at him "well! Tell me"

He opens his mouth as soon as the bell signaling third period rings

"Ah!" He holds up his index finger and rolls his eyes up to the ceiling "what's that sang?... saved by the bell" he smirks before kissing my forehead and walking away

"Damnit" I stomp my foot like a child and began walking down the hall to class with a frown on my face
