Epilogue

29 years later

I wake up with a smile on my face to the sound of birds chirping. I look to my right and see Hunter sound asleep with his arms wrapped around me.

I give him a quick kiss before running my hands through his hair " Hunter" I whisper " babe wake up"

Nothing

I pout "Hunter wake up" I poke his shoulder

He stirs and pulls me closer while furrowing his brows" noooo..... leave me be" he whines

"You know?" I sit up and push him " for a 48 year old man you sure are a big ass baby" I chuckle

"Ugh" he groans "don't remind me"

I laugh before kissing him one last time and going to the bathroom.

I take a shower and everything else before putting on my work clothes. A black pencil skirt, dark blue button up shirt and black heels. I put my hair back into a bun and put a nice necklace on.

I go back in the room and see Hunter sitting on the side of the bed messing with his wedding ring

He hears me come in and looks up at me and smiles "I'm glad I married you" he puts his hands around my waist and pulls me close

"I'm glad I said yes" I say as he leans down to kiss me "what time is it?" I say as he pulls away

He looks behind him at the clock " seven twenty" he says nonchalantly

"Shit, the boys" I let go of Hunter and grab my purse while shouting

"Boys, lets go! Wake up."

Silence

"Why are your boys so damn stubborn?" I chuckle while putting lip stick on my lips

"Why when they don't listen or do something bad they become just my boys" Hunter says while poking his head out the bathroom door with a tooth brush in his mouth

I roll my eyes and walk down the stairs to the kitchen

I sigh when I see no sign of the boys " muchachos consiguen de una puta vez tiempo para la escuela" ( boys get the hell up time for school) I shout

Nothing, nada

"What the hell" I mumble

"If it makes you feel any better I got up the first time you yelled ma" my sweet daughter Teegan who actually listens to me unlike the two idiot twins that won't get up for school

"Hey baby" I kiss her forehead " do you have class today?"

Teegan Grady is my oldest child. She just moved back in with us. She was going to LSU but she said she got homesick so now she's going to NYU. And I don't mind at all because she's my only girl and I love her to pieces

"Yeah.. but it doesn't start until like ten" she nods while grabbing the milk carton and drinking from it

"Ah!" I slap her hand " stop that grab a glass" she chuckles before wiping her mouth with the back of her hand

"What the hell!are they still not up?" I say before a bright idea dons on me. I grab a pot and put it under the sink faucet

While it's filling up I make a pot of coffee and start the eggs while Teegan makes the bacon

It finishes filling up so I pick it up and walk out the kitchen while Teegan chuckles

I pass Hunter on the steps and give him a mischievous grin " I love you, don't drown our kids" he chuckles
