Robert didn't answer, he kept glancing around nervously. "Robert? Are you ok? What happened?" I asked again worry filling my voice.

Robert raised his hand again to scratch the back of his neck and looked up at me, "Uh I think there was a mistake in our reservation." He pressed his lips together.

"What do you mean?" My forehead furrowed, waiting for an answer.

Robert sighed and walked over to the small black couch, "Instead of two rooms I guess she booked one room that fits for two."

"That's ridiculous the room isn't even that big." I shook my head and sat on bed, "Did you find yourself another room?"

"Yeah I booked one," He nodded but didn't seem to be sure about his answer.

"Great" I tried to read his face, observing his eyes, they always speak out for him. He looked nervous but on the same time kind of pleased, anxious but trying to look casual about it.

He paused for a couple of moments looking for something to say, "but it won't be available until Next week" He swallowed.

I rolled my eyes and held up my palms, "Oh God seriously! Why is it always so hard to get a freaking room?"

Robert lifted his shoulder in a half shrug, "It's okay I'll sleep on this couch if you don't mind."

The situation reminded me of him when he offered me a room in his house to stay in for almost two weeks, so I guess it's time for me to pay back.

"I don't mind at all but the couch isn't that big." It was really small, barely fits for two small persons to sit on it.

"I'm not that tall you know" He smirked and stood up, examine the length of the couch.

"Well I'm WAY shorter than you so I'll take the couch, you can take the bed."

"There's no way in hell I'll let you sleep on a couch." Robert stated, giving the impression that his words were final, no need for me to try and object.

"Then whatcha gonna do?" I folded my arms, raising one brow at him.

"I told you I'm going to sleep on the couch."

"Oh yeah? show me if you fit." I smiled to my self knowing that he won't fit.

Robert hesitated after looking at the couch again but he was so convinced that he's going to fit. He sat on the middle, adjusting the small pillow and slowly laying his head on it. He stretched his legs out and laid on his right side. Both of his arms were hanging off the couch, his legs were way too long to be stretched out fully so he started to struggle to curl his legs up so he can fit better but there was no use in trying.

"I told you you won't fit." I laughed as he cursed and stood up, "I'll sleep on the floor then just give a pillow."

"That's not going to happen Robert your back will literally break in half."

He tapped his foot, resting a hand on his hip, "Then what?"

I drew in a long breath, thinking of a solution. I already had the answer but tried to push it way knowing that he won't accept the idea. It'll be awkward if I suggest it and he says no to it but maybe he won't. Maybe he'll agree i'd never know if I won't offer.

'Just say it and be cool about it'

"You can sleep on the bed we'll share it if you want"

I said it and there was no going back. I regretted saying it after seeing the surprised look on his face that he tried to hide but failed. Great, He thought I was trying to go down with him.
