Asreil blocks the way. Frisk attempts to offer MERCY.
"Do you really think you'll get MERCY?" Asreil asks, "I've been talking to Chara, and you manipulated them. You have them a choice, kill or be killed. Kill you, or lose their soul, but you already knew they wouldn't kill didn't you? Even if you are human, you're the only human Chara tolerates, which is saying a lot. Unfortunately, they're gone now, and I'm stuck with you. Here's what's going to happen Frisk, you're going to give Chara your soul, and before you think you can manipulate me into offering MERCY, remember, down here, it's kill or be killed."
Asreil attacks. The attack is similar to attacks used by Toriel, but Frisk is caught off guard and gets hit, dieing instantly.
Frisk is confused. How did Asreil deal so much damage? Frisk RESETs. They walk forward.
"Let's get to the point," Asreil growls. Asreil starts a FIGHT. He attacks. Frisk douges. They check Asreil.
Asreil 99 atk 99 def. Has a lot of LOVE.
LOVE... Seeing the word sends uneasy chills down Frisk's spine. Why would Asreil feel LOVE? Then it hits Frisk, they were Flowey once, they were bound to have some LOVE.
Asreil attacks again, killing Frisk. Frisk RESETs. Asreil starts a FIGHT again. He attacks. Frisk checks the ACT menu. They can check, and plead. Frisk pleads.
"You're wasting your breath," Asreil growls, "I'm ending this, even if it means killing you one million times!" Asreil attacks again, Frisk struggles to douge, but gets hit. They die again. Frisk stays DETERMINED, knowing that Toriel will arrive if they just stall for long enough.
Asreil starts a FIGHT. Frisk offers MERCY. Asreil does not respond. Asreil attacks, Frisk douges.
Footsteps echo in the distance. Toriel is approaching.
Asreil attacks again, this time his attack is more forceful, faster.
Toriel is getting closer.
Asreil attacks once more, this time hitting Frisk. Frisk dies.
They RESET. They die. They RESET again. They RESET dozens of times, but they stay DETERMINED. Until finally, Toriel is right at the entrance. If they can survive just one more turn...
Asreil attacks with everything he has. The attack is erratic and unpredictable. However, through DETERMINATION and luck, Frisk somehow dodges the attack.
"Well," Asreil sighs, "at least I tried, but this isn't over Frisk, I WILL have my best freind back." Asreil uses flee to end the FIGHT before Toriel can enter so that she doesn't know that Asreil was attacking Frisk.
Toriel enters the room. Seeing Asreil, she rushes towards him.
"Asreil?" She asks, "is it really you?"
"Of course it is," Asreil smiles, "and this human fell down here."
Frisk smiles at Toriel. "Listien," Toriel explains, "some bad things have happened Asreil, and it's not safe down here for humans. Human, come with me. I'll take you somewhere safe."
Thus begins Frisk's last journey through the Underground. Meanwhile, in Snowdin...
Sans wakes up. He smiles, Chara is no more. Sans is unaware of how Chara was stopped, but Gaster remembers, due to his DETERMINATION. He remembers how Chara gave up their soul willingly to SAVE Asreil.
Sans goes to the living room. The house is dark. Gaster sits silently, thinking. Sans considers forgiving Gaster, after all, Chara is no longer an issue, it would be best to move on.
"Hey Gaster," Sans smiles.
Gaster does not respond. He sits silently, holding the locket.
"You OK Gaster?" Sans asks.
Gaster sighs. "Do you know," he asks, "why I did this? Tried so hard to help Chara, at any cost?"
"No," Sans replies, "why?"
"I did it all," Gaster finally explains, "I did it all for Asgore and Toriel."
