*Katie's POV*

I pulled my sunglasses down to cover my eyes as we stepped out of the car outside the venue.

I smiled and looked around at all the tourists and people who were taking photographs of special sights or random things.

There was a loud cheer from outside the venue as I turned round to see thousands of fans lining the back door to the venue.

Don't get me wrong, I thought it was really cute that the fans wanted to meet their idols and obviously I'd feel the same but I didn't do well in situations with lots of people surrounding me.

My palms began to sweat as I wiped them on my shorts looking the opposite way of the fans.

"Katie, you coming?" Luke asked as I turned round and forced a smile, nodding, walking quickly to catch up with him.

The fans seemed to flood in around us as they all screamed at Luke while I realised that everyone else was already inside.

"Luke! Can I get a picture?"

"Luke, can you sign my boob?"

"Luke, over here! Do you really love Becca or is she like Amber?"

I furrowed my eyebrows as I kept my head down.

"Katie! Oh my god it's Katie! She dated Calum, Katie! Do you still date Calum?" A fan shouted as I kept my head down like Luke had told me to while he took a few pictures.

"Come on Katie" I turned around to feel a hand on the small of my back and I saw Dave, not realising he was here.

I smiled at him as he managed to make a path through the fans for Luke and I, while we walked into the venue.

Everyone else was waiting for us inside as they stood up and some backstage members led the way. She opened a door to a large dressing room that had a large table with food lined all the way up alongside some couches and a tv and obviously mirrors with tables.

"You guys don't have to stay here all this time" Ashton spoke up looking at his phone, "We've got 2 hours before we go on, go sightseeing or something"

"Alright cool, no offence but I've seen you guys soundcheck too much" Becca laughed as Vanessa agreed while I realised they had been with the guys every step of the way.

"Wanna go out?" Alex asked as I bit my lip.

"You go, I haven't heard the guys soundcheck plus I've gotta finish my work," I nodded as Alex gave me an unsure look.

"I'll stay with you then," He smiled as I shook my head, "No, you go out with Vanessa, I've stole you off of her this past week"

"Are you sure, I don't want to leave you alone.." He said as he placed his hands around my waist.

"Yes, I'm positive, you guys go," I smiled as he returned the action.

I cupped his cheek and brought his head down to meet my lips with his.

I gave him another peck and watched as Becca, Vanessa, Amber, Alex and Maddie left the venue.

"You should've went," Luke laughed.

"Wow, thanks" I rolled my eyes as he laughed and hugged me tightly.

"She looks so perfect standing there.."

I listened, sitting in the seat on the back row of the ground while I finished my work.

The song finished and the guys all spoke to one another on the stage just as I finished doing my work.

I took out my phone and went on my snapchat that had lots of friend requests, as I accepted them all I started taking a video of the guys on stage, zooming in on their faces.
