Epilogue.

'Mommy!' Willow shouts as she rushes into the kitchen where Demi is standing at the sink.

'Hi, baby girl! Mommy missed you.' Demi says turning to face the three year old.

'Missed you too mommy...' Willow replies smiling as Demi lifts her and sits her on the counter.

'What did you and daddy do?' Demi asks running her fingers through the little girl's curls.

'We went shopping and for lunch.' Willow replies causing Demi to smile.

'Really? That sounds fun.' Demi says as Nick makes his way into the kitchen.

'Hey, beautiful...' He says and she smiles.

'Hi, I heard you two went shopping.' She replies and he nods his head.

'We did... Got a little something for you, didn't we?' He says looking at Willow who nods her head.

'Yeah. Can I get it?' Willow asks and Nick nods his head. He helps her down off the counter and wraps his arms around Demi's waist.

'I've missed you today.' He says as she lets her head rest against his chest.

'I missed you too... Was Willow okay?' She asks and he nods his head.

'She was so excited about picking out mommy's presents.' He replies.

'Shouldn't you be waiting until tomorrow to give me a present?' She asks and he shakes his head.

'No, think of this as a post-birth present.' He replies smiling.

'You didn't have to.' She says glancing to where their newborn baby boy is curled up in his bouncer.

'I wanted to and so did Willow so why don't you come sit down and open your gift.' He replies smiling as Willow makes her way back into the kitchen carrying a silver gift bag. Sitting down at the table Demi smiles as Willow hands her the bag. Reaching inside she pulls out a white box and opens it to reveal a beautiful silver Pandora charm bracelet. The bracelet contains five charms; a silver heart with 'mama' engraved on it, angel wings, a forget-me-knot, a pale pink charm and a pale blue charm.

'Nick, it's beautiful... You shouldn't have.' She says smiling up at him.

'They all mean something... Pink for Willow and blue for Bear. The forget-me-knot is for us and the wings are for our angel.' He explains and she smiles slightly as tears fill her eyes.

'Nick...' She says quietly, her finger slowly running over the angel wings; Christmas is always a hard time for her. It always brings memories of the miscarriage back and everything that occurred afterwards.

'Do you like it?' He asks and she nods her head.

'I love it.' She replies.

'Good morning, beautiful boy.' Demi says smiling as she lifts her eleven day old baby boy into her arms.

'Let's go check on your big sister.' She adds cradling him against her chest as she makes her way to Willow's bedroom. Dallas has been their home ever since Willow was 7 months old and Demi can't quite imagine it being any other way; Nick returned to LA and dealt with everything that needed dealt with while Demi and Willow stayed at her mom's.

'What you doing up?' Nick asks making his way towards Demi.

'Could ask you the same thing... I woke up and you weren't there so I decided I'd check on Willow.' She replies smiling. He gently runs his hand down Bear's back and presses his lips against her forehead.

'When is everyone getting here?' He asks.

'Everyone said around 12, I think. It's just after 8, should we wake little miss up so she's got time to open presents?' She says and he nods his head.

'Yeah that's probably best.' He replies. Turning he places his hand on the door handle and is about to open it when she shakes her head.

'Can I?' She asks and he smiles.

'Of course.' He replies. Smiling Demi passes Bear to Nick and quietly makes her way into the room leaving him standing by the door.

'Willow...' She says softly bending down beside the little girl's bed. Willow is in her usual postion; lying on her stomach with her knees bent and her little bum sticking up in the air.

'Willow... Time to wake up, sweetheart.' Demi says softly running her finger down Willow's cheek.

'It Christmas?' Willow asks sleepily, her eyes flickering open as she glances at Demi.

'Yeah, do you want to go downstairs and see if Santa's been?' Demi says and Willow nods her head.

'Alright... Gimme a cuddle and then we'll go.' Demi says. Willow climbs into Demi's arms and smiles as she wraps her arms around her.

'I love you, mommy.' Willow whispers causing Demi to smile.

'I love you too, little duck.' Demi replies.

Standing at the living room door, Demi smiles as she watches her family. Dallas went on to have a little boy, Theodore, who is absolutely perfect. Joe and his girlfriend Elise are over; they've been together for just over a year now and things seem to be going strong.

'You okay?' Nick asks as he makes his way behind her and wraps his arms around her waist.

'Never been better. T-This is everything I've ever dreamed of and you... You are so amazing I can't even put into words how happy you make me.' Demi replies tilting her head to look up at him.

'I never thought I'd find you... I never thought I'd find anyone, really you have no idea.' She adds.

'I love you.' He says causing her to smile.

'I love you more.' She replies.
