9- Talking and Livinia

We all waited in the common room until Harry got back. It was nearly 12 and Harry still hadn't walked through the door.

"What's taking him so long?" Ron whined. I smacked hi head lightly like I always have and sat at a nearby chair.

"It's obvious isn't it?" Hermione told him. He had a very confused look on his face. "There must be sorting out how this mess happened," Hermione told him.

Ron shrugged. "I'm just wandering HOW he did get his name in the goblet,"

"Look to be honest, I don't care how Harry's name got into the cup, I'm care about what his facing," I let out until I heard a creak. I looked over my shoulder and saw Harry standing there.

"You alright Harry?" Ginny asked. He nodded.

"I'll talk to you guys in the morning," I said to the four of them and headed upstairs to our bedroom. I took off my robes and got changed into my pyjamas and went to sleep in my bed.

I watched as Harry and Ron passed each other without saying a word. After they were ahead of me and Hermione, who were going to potions, I grabbed her and made her stay in her place.

"Why isn't Harry and Ron talking?" I asked shocked.

"Didn't you hear them last night?" I shook my head. "Last night Ron accused Harry of lying to him about the goblet," Hermione told me as we walked to the dungeons. "We better hurry," she warned me and we just flew down the stairs, me ahead of here by a least 40 seconds. I quickly walked into Snape's classroom and took a seat next to Dean. Hermione slowly crept into the classroom while Snape had he's back on all of us. Hermione sat next to me and we started writing down what was need.

After an hour of writing, I was held back by Snape.

"Yes Professor?" I asked nervously, begging for him not to remember last years events.

"It is your free class right now isn't it?" He asked making his voice sound greasy. I nodded. "Last year, I told you that you would be learning how to make Wolfsbane,yes?"

"Yes Professor,"

He rolled his eyes knowing about us Lupins. I mentally rolled my eyes too. "For the rest of the year, I'll be teaching you how to make Wolfsbane under no circumstances, you will not miss a lesson, understood?"

I nodded with a smirk on my face. "Understood," I smiled.

"You may go now," his revolting voice ordered me. I walked quickly out of the room and saw Ezra heading somewhere. I quickly ran as fast as I could at werewolf speed and jumped on his back, scaring the life out of him.

"Oh my.... Avery, it's only you," he breath thankfully.

"Where ya heading?" I asked as we walked down the corridor filled with students from different schools.

Ezra shrugged his shoulders. "I haven't got the slightest clue," he laughed lightly. He sat at a nearby bench and he signalled me to come over.

"Do you like Hogwarts?"

"Yeah, it's really good here, except for those Slytherins,"

"Well, luckily for YOU, you don't have to have class with them for a least a good amount of your favourite lessons," I sighed.

"What the go with that Dracode or whatever his name is?"

"Draco is his name and his an arrogant little git," I summed up. "Have you seen Luke? I haven't seen him since the first night,"

"Um..... He might be warming up," Ezra said.

"Why would he be warming up?"

He just shrugged. "He should be near that lake?"

"The black lake you mean," I said. I quickly stood up and started walking, until I realised that Ezra hadn't followed. "Aren't you coming?"

He shook his head. "I have to go meet up with some friends in the library," he told me and he stood up. "I'll see ya later,"

"Bye," I farewelled him and started heading off to the black lake.

When I arrived at the lake, Luke was in the cold water. 'WHAT IS HE DOING?!' I thought thinking about how freezing it would be. As he started heading back to shore, I quickly hid behind the tree. He took a couple of breaths and sat on a rock. I slowly crept up behind him and took a seat on the rock

"Did you have a good time?" I asked. He jumped at the sound of my voice and looked around to come face to face with his little cousin.

"Oh sure, do you want to go in?" He asked sarcastically. "I haven't seen you since the first night,"

"Well, that's why I'm here talking to you,"

"How did........the werewolf thing go?" He asked lowering his voice. I shrugged.

"It was painful," I breathed out.

"Does anyone know?" He asked.

"There's the good people including, Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny and terri-lee and there's that small person,"

"You mean-"

"Livinia? Yeah,"

"Look Ave, I would love to stay and chat but I have to go see Professor Karkoff," he said before hugging me goodbye in his wet training clothes and running off.

"Loopy Lupin is back in town," I heard an screechy voice. I looked into the forest that laid behind me and saw Livinia standing there.

"What do you want?" I said fixing up my school robe before walking off into the forest until I was stopped by her hand.

"I want to finish what was needed," she said before letting me go. When I reached into the middle of the forest, I ran the rest of the way to the great hall in werewolf speed. When I arrived, I saw Harry there, doing his homework.

"Hi Harry," i said as I quickly took a seat next to him. He looked up with a crooked smile and then return to his book "are you okay?" He ignored that. "How-"

"I didn't put my name in the goblet okay?!" He whispered sharply before exiting out of the hall. I walked after him and ran as fast as I could. Once I got to him, I grabbed him by his collar and held him against the wall.

"Don't. You. Dare. Get. Angry. At. Me," I spat at him, making his eyes look dead straight into my eyes that were red. When I was angry, my eyes and hair would turn red. He nodded cowardly and I let him go, returning into my normal happy self. "Now, I was about to ask you HOW did last night go?" I asked as he took a seat on the staircase.

He just shook his head. "It's just so........... Irritating. Especially that Rita skeeter woman," he sighed.

"Oh, that lady. Ignore her Harry. She's just a bloody idiot," I said to him. "I better go,"
