"Stonerod," I repeated flatly. Saphira turned to me.
"You seem very excited," she said sarcastically. I drew my sword angrily.
"My friend Noah is dead, Pygon was a traitor, Nico and Kade don't know he's a traitor, Jack might be dead and none of them know where I am if they're even still alive!" I snarled. The dragonness looked at me.
"Pass the final test," she said, "And you shall return to the village you call home."
"You always mention this final test! What the hell is it?" I hissed, keeping my sword drawn. Saphira looked at me with a gentle yet savage glare.
"Why, little warrior," she rumbled. "You must coax Stonerod out of his egg. You cannot leave this cage until you do." I suddenly noticed the bones of people around me and swallowed nervously.
"This is why none have found you and returned, Saphira," I murmured. "They all died trying to pass this final test."
