(Xander's POV)
She's been asleep for three days and I was about to rip off a chunk of my desk off, my wolf and I were getting restless we needed to know our mate was safe.
" Any news bro ?" I sighed heavily and shook my head.
" No she's still asleep, I'm at my wits end mark we need to know she's safe and not being able to even see her is not helping ," I put my head down on the table and sighed.
" Don't worry man she'll wake up eventually and when she does you can kiss her and hug her all you want ," I growled lowly at him but he ignored me and just grinned.
' Alpha , dr. Andrews is on his way up,' I shot up like a rocket.
' Alright thank you Maria ' Phelix was back to pacing in my head, my jaw was clenched and I was gripping the desk. When he finally knocked I called him in immediately, he looked a bit nervous which made me tense up even more.
" Well ? Why are you up here ?" he cleared his throat.
" She's awake alpha ," Phelix was going crazy in my head.
I stood up trying to control him but slowly starting to fail.
" Now Alpha I have to tell you she doesn't -" I already ran past him out of that room, I needed to see her and fast before I really lost it. I ran through the pack house to the infirmary, I was fuming because that I hadn't been able to hold her, talk to her, smell her sweet scent.
" WHERE IS SHE ?!?!?" The nurse paled and now she was trembling.
" R-room 6 ," I sped off through the halls until I came up on room 6.
I threw open the door so hard the glass vibrated, and there was my mate curled up in a ball at the far corner of her bed trembling and rocking herself back and forth. Just seeing her like that made a thunderous growl rip through my chest, I stepped into the room and let her wonderful scent calm me, I growled possessively and tensed.
" Mine ,"
