Chapter 19

(Xander's POV)

She said ok. I have never been so happy in my whole life I felt, up lifted like the crushing weight on my chest had lifted up and I could finally breathe again.

" Hey man ... what's got you so happy ?" I was smiling so wide it ached but I was too happy to care.

" She finally said yes man !! Rosie said she'd let me help her get better ! She wants me to help her !" he smile and patted me on the back.

" That's great man she's starting to trust you a little bit huh ?" I smiled and he smiled back, I finally got my baby to let me help her.

" I'm happy for ya man, you deserve it ," I couldn't stop smiling I was too happy.

Even Phelix was happy he was jumping around and yipping and howling with happiness that his mate finally have him a chance. My mom came in the room and gave me a funny look I probably looked like an idiot with the smile I had but I was too happy to care about it, I just gave her a bear hug and jogged out of the room humming to myself.

" What's gotten you so happy big bro ?" my little brother Ted was giving me the same look mom just gave me but I barely noticed I was in too good of a mood, I just gave him a noogey and left him cursing to myself and grumbling about me. I came back out to the gardens to my precious mate she fell asleep in her wheel chair, she even looked beautiful in her sleep. I picked her up gently, she curled in closer and Phelix was purring in my mind at how close she was. She was so tiny in my arms and she was so thin, she was skeletal and it had me worried, I watched her and Alyssa she only ate about three fries and a bite from her sandwich before she looked like she was about to be sick. she needed to gain weight and fast, I carried her gently into the house trying not to wake my sleeping angel.

' She is an angel she's perfect in every way ,' Phelix was right she was perfect.

I gently climbed up the stairs to our room and as quietly as possible slipped her in our bed. She curled up under the covers hugging my pillow, it was the cutest thing I'd ever seen my pillow almost dwarfed her but she clung to it like her life depended on it. I tucked the covers to her chin and kissed her forehead getting the hair out of her beautiful face.

" I love you Rosie ," I quietly left the room smiling and thinking of how perfect my little Rosie was.
