My pack said I was too pathetic to ever have been born with a mate , and I believed they were right , tears fell down my hollow cheeks and I closed my eyes just wishing it would all go away , I heard the door open and I glanced up blinking away more tears . A lady came in she looked like she was in her 30's maybe 40's but she was like a super model , her hair was down past her ribs and a blond the color of wheat , she had big vibrant green eyes , a button for a nose , her cheek bones were high and sculpted just like her lips . She also had a body that even an actual model would be jealous of she made me feel pathetic and ugly compared to her , she had a wide smile on her face and was practically glowing at me and it made me nervous
" Oh my goodness you are perfect ! You are just the most beautiful thing !" was she talking about me ?
She started towards me and my eyes widened and I backed away from her terrified , she gave me a worried look .
" What's wrong sweetheart ? Oh where are my manners ? My name is Alita I'm Xander's mother , I was so happy when I heard that my baby finally found his mate after all these years ! I'm just so happy you're here sweetheart !" she came over to my side of the bed and my heart was beating faster and I was breathing heavier . She reached out and put her arms around me and I screamed bloody murder .
