|| Chapter 5 || Tea With The Prince's

Everyone filled the parlor room, a silence flowing over them. An older maid, one with her brown hair put in a messy bun, came in with tea for the group, poring everyone a cup with a peaceful smile upon her face.

Misty stood next to the maid, in which just happened to be her wonderful mother, as they both stood to the side of everyone else, looking to each other with a smile. 

The Queen slowly lifted her cup to her mouth, taking a sip before looking over to the two Prince's who sat on the other side of her and the King," so Prince Aryan and Prince Alex, what do you think of Termina so far? Do you think you'll like it here?"

"Oh I think we will love it, you majesty. It is a very beautiful place not to mention peaceful," Aryan, as always, was the one to reply, smiling a kind smile as he held his china tea cup in his hand.

"I must ask, Prince Alex, are you as excited as us to be marrying Princess (Y/n)?" the King asked the next question as Alex looked up, rubbing his index figure against the top rim of the tea cup nervously as he nodded.

"Yes, sir, I am."

"And I am guessing Princess (Y/n) is excited about this whole thing, is she not?" Aryan spoke once again, looking to (Y/n) who sat next to Zelda and Link. She looked up with wide eyes yet she didn't speak a word, her throat felt to dry too.

"She is very excited, I can assure you," the Queen sent a small glare (Y/n)'s way as she didn't speak but not one of the Prince's seem to see.

(Y/n) looked down, holding her tea cup rather tightly in her hands which didn't go unnoticed by Link or Zelda.

"Are you alright?" Zelda whispered to her cousin, titling her head as (Y/n) shook hers.

"Not really...this is all to awkward for my liking..." she whispered back, closing her eyes.

"It is only day one...you still got a whole two mouths to get to know this guy," Link looked to the two Princes, mainly the quiet Prince Alex who didn't seem to want to talk at all as he seemed to want his brother to do all the talking for him, not that Aryan seemed to care much as he came off as one of those guys who could talk for ages without end. From what Link could see, Aryan loved to be all 'royal' and 'friendly'.

"Princess (Y/n)," Aryan looked to the young female, smiling," would you mind telling us a bit about yourself? I am sure my younger brother would like to know a bit about the beautiful girl he is to marry."

Blushing a bit, (Y/n) looked down and thought," w-well there's not much to know...I'm just like any other Princess and I've only ever lived here my whole life...I'm not sure what to tell you..."

"How about telling us who your...friends are," Aryan looked from (Y/n) to Link and Zelda, the look on his face only reminding Link of the disgusted one the King and Queen sent him when he first meet them giving him the idea that all royals had some hind of hatred with him, well, expect for Zelda and (Y/n) that is.

"Oh yes...u-um...this is my cousin, Princess Zelda of Hyrule, and the hero of time, Link," (Y/n) gestured to the two with a small smile as Aryan nodded. Even Alex looked up, seeming to carefully study the two without saying a word.

"It is a pleasure to meet you both," Aryan bowed his head as Alex nodded, smiling the best he could.

"It is..." he whispered as Aryan looked to him, seeming to give him a strange look that seemed like almost a warning one.

"Its nice to meet you guys too," Link and Zelda bowed their heads as well however Zelda seemed to mean it more than Link did.

"Well, it is getting a bit late in the day. I think we should show you your rooms so you know where to stay. Come, we can talk about the next to mouths on the way," The King stood as did the Queen and the Princes. 

"Are you coming?" The Queen looked to (Y/n) as she shook her head slowly.

"I will meet up with you all soon," she assured her mother as she nodded, following the men out of the parlor while gesturing to Misty's mother to follow, which she did.

"At least the Prince's seem...nice..." Misty smiled once the group left, looking back to the other three as (Y/n) sighed, shaking her head.

"I can already tell this is going to be a mistake..." she muttered as Zelda put a hand on her shoulder, frowning.

"At least their both cute and seem to be well mannered. That's something, is it not?" (Y/n) smile at her cousin's comment, nodding.

"I guess there's that...but I still know little about them," she pointed out.

"That Alex guy doesn't even seem to be very sociable," Link crossed his arms, looking away from the group of Zelda glared at him.

"He's probably just nervous, anyone would be when meeting the one they are to marry," she replied however to Link it felt like she said 'shut your mouth before you make it worst'.

"I didn't even know his brother was to come either...someone could have told me that," (Y/n) took a sip of her now almost cold tea as Misty sat down on the same sofa the King and Queen were sitting on earlier.

"Well he's hot too~! And look on the bright side, (y/n). At least Prince Alex didn't bring his whole kingdom with him," she smiled, sighing dreamily," lets make a deal, you can have Alex, and I can have Aryan~"

"You can have them both if you want, I'm good," (Y/n) laughed, holding her hands in front of her as even Zelda laughed a bit.

"We can get to know the two later on and as time goes on, the awkwardness will fade away, don't worry," Zelda set a hand on (Y/n) shoulder as they both smiled to each other.

"A toast to making it through day one without dying~!" Misty pored herself a cup of tea, holding it in the air as (Y/n) and Zelda held theirs up, hitting them softly with Misty as they all giggled, knowing the King and Queen would have their heads for hitting the china together like that.

Taking another sip of her tea, (Y/n) looked over to see Link looked away from the group, seeming a bit troubled. She cleared her throat as he turned to her," are you alright? You seem upset."

"Its nothing I just...nothing, I'm fine," he shook his head as she nodded, turning back to her best friend and cousin as they talked about how 'hot' Aryan was.

Link won't say it but he felt...off about the two Prince's. Alex didn't talk much as he seemed to be very quiet unlike Aryan who seemed very talkative. Oh well, it is only day one, maybe Alex will start talking and Aryan will shut up...maybe...
