Lauren
She got in her car as she shut the door behind her. She leans back, as she thought absently to herself.
I mean of course I'm making the right decision right? she thought to herself with a sigh.
She knows she gonna miss working with her force, but she wants to start over, and live somewhere different for a change. She remembers the time, when her and the force worked on there first case about this insane guy who completely lost it and began, terrorizing people. This guy was so crazy, he was willing to hack systems all over the Untied States, until they put a stop to it.
She even remembers when after the case was over how Carl would brag about how tuff he was, when she knows he wasn't. SHE was the one who fired that shot at the psychopathic maniac, which killed him moments after.
She was the only cop, that had the guts to go inside and take down there enemy. If it wasn't for her the man would have gotten away and they all would have been doomed.
And for Carl, even though he was the last person on her mind, she was still going to miss him. He was after all her partner and they have been through tough situations at times. He was of course annoying at some points, but still they have shared many memories over the years and she might never meet a friend like him again.

As she pulls up into the driveway of her home, she turns off her car and steps out.
"Mommy!" She heard her baby say with a smile as she ran towards her.
"Lily!" Lauren spoke back with laughter as she picked her daughter up and kissed her forehead.
"How was you today with daddy while I was gone?" She asked Lily with a grin as she held her.
"I helped daddy pack the boxes!" She replied enthusiastically as she clapped her hands.
"Wow that's such a big job for a big girl to do!" She chuckled as she walked up on the porch with Lily.
She loved how her daughter would be care free at times. She is just the cutest when she tries to do big girl things.
Just as Lauren steps on the porch, the front door suddenly opens to reveal her one and only love.
"Your home already? I thought I was gonna have to pack the boxes again all by myself." Her husband replied with a small grin.
"Well I didn't want to leave my two favorite people alone now did I?" Lauren said with a smile as she continued. "And plus today is my last day, so of course I'm gonna come home early." She said as she reached up and kissed her husbands cheek.
He smiled at her. "Most of the stuff are packed, so if we finish tonight we can leave in the morning." He said to her.
"Great." She said with a pause, as she walked in the house putting Lily down.
"Go play while me and your daddy talk okay?" Lauren said to Lily with a smile.
"Okay!" She giggled, as she ran off into the other room.
Looking back over to her husband, her smile fades into a serious expression.
"Dave are you sure about this?" She asked with a sigh as she place her hand on her hip.
"What do you mean? Is this about the move?" He ask in a stern voice.
"What do you think?" She says back suddenly.
It was then quiet as they stared at each other, both giving slight glares.
"Lauran I already told you ab--"
"I know you did, but sometimes I have second thoughts about this." She said as she cut him off.
"I just--"
"No you just want what's better for you." She shook her head as she put her head in her hands trying to calm down.
Maybe her boss was right... she wasn't ready for this. She knows her husband wants to have a better job, but she has made a life here. She has friends and family and what would her mother even think?
"Lauren." She heard Dave said as she covered her face with her hands.
As she was drowned in her own thoughts, she suddenly felt a hand wrap around her waist which startled her. Finally taking her head out her hands she looked into dark brown orbs as she stared back into them.
"I know you might not like this plan, but it's for me to improve of taking care of you and Lily better. There offering me a huge deal and a great opportunity to become head manager. Aren't you happy about this?" He asked as he stared at her.
She looked away from his gaze as she thought all this over. Of course she was happy for him, but moving seems a bit much.
"I...of course I'm happy, but what about my family and friends?" She asked as she felt him lean his head on hers.
"We can all come visit on holidays, or either they come visit us." He replied.
"Okay, but my mother. What about her?" She asked as she turned her gaze to meet his stern one.
"We'll definitely keep in touch with her I guarantee you that."
"Promise." She spoke with a serious tone as she was dead serious about this.
"I promise." He said. "Now, what do you say. Wanna move to somewhere amazing? Or stay here with our same boring lives?"
Lauren thought hard on this as she stared at him in thought. Of course she wants to go, but something deep down is saying that this may not turn out well.
"Well?" She looked up at her husbands anxious gaze.
Taking a deep breath she gave a faint smile. "Okay...we can do the move."
"Really?" He asked as his frown turned into a smile.
"Do I look like I'm kidding?" She said with an eyebrow raised.
Before, she could say anything else, he braced her in a bare hug as he placed kisses all over her face in happiness.
"You will not regret this hun, I promise you that." He spoke as he finished his cheering.
She just rolled her eyes. "I hope I'm not."
"Your not!" He said as he began to squeeze her playfully.
As much as she didn't want too, she couldn't help but laugh at her husband's silliness.
"Okay Dave you can stop the squeeze!" She laughed.
He laughed then let her go. "So wanna finish packing?" he asked.
"Sure." She said as they both looked at each other.
"Great well I'm gonna go check on Lily. Just call me if you need help okay." He said.
She smiled. "I'll be fine now go."
He smiled back and gave her a peck on the lips before he walked out the room, to the other. She watched him leave as her smile faded once again. She loved making her family happy, but is this move gonna turn out great? Like she loves to go to new places, but she has a feeling as if something might happen or go wrong...but that could just be her imagination. Or could it?
