A caregiver is someone who looks after the little. They can either be a Daddy Dom, a Mommy Domme, or a friend that is willing to be the caregiver which can be sometimes called and auntie or uncle.
The caregiver provides a safe haven for the little as they take care of them. Sometimes the give the little sets of rules to follow such as:
"Little girl/boy will listen to what Daddy/Mommy/caregiver name says at all times and won't back talk". Sometimes the rules may be a long or short list, but many times the caregiver will make the rules with the little so the little feels comfortable with the set of rules.
The caregiver is also a teacher to the little by teaching them manners, how to be themselves, and how to be safe everyday.
