Aliyah and her mother just moved from Cleveland, Ohio to New Orleans, Louisiana--her mother claims its a fresh start for them. With the passing of her father everything seems so much harder than it used to be. Aliyah is struggling with the changes from her hometown to New Orleans.
She comes across new people who will change her life forever. Some people will make her & others will break her.
It's all a new journey for her and she goes through trials & tribulations. From peer pressure to going back & forth between deciding which guy should have her time.
Does she want that bad, edgy, outgoing guy who will love her for eternity but has yet to give up his title in the streets OR the sensitive, sweet, educated guy who just wants to be there for her, console her, and love her?
Sometimes you need an ounce of bad to keep things in tact. It's all a part of EXISTENCE
