"YOOOO NORY! SUP?" I turned around from my phone and saw Percy walking staggering towards me. Right after I just realized that he was holding a bottle of liquor.

Oh holy cow. Not again! I thought miserably.

"Percy, we're supposed to go right now! And you just got drunk again?" I shrieked. I pulled his shirt tight, dragging him into the apartment we rented temporarily. It had been weeks and Nico and I had been watching over Percy until the winter. A few more months.

"Where's Nico?" I shouted. "DI ANGELO!"

Suddenly the door opened behind us. I turned around, and saw Nico topless.

"Ya ready Nicola?" Percy smirked. Oh, great. Now the liquor had blinded him. I slapped him across the face.

"You're drunk! Get some rest!" I scolded. I tapped his cheek several times. Suddenly Nico grabbed him and opened the door to the room.

"Let's get it on!" Percy whined, being carried by Nico bridal style.

I facepalmed. "Oh gods, no..." The door slammed shut. And after a few minutes I could hear moans, creaking of the bed, and screams. Suddenly they went silent. I sighed deeply, exhausted, sweat trickling down my neck. "Ughh..."

And the following morning, I actually was surprised when Nico and Percy knew nothing. Only I did. Well, that was okay then.

Three months later...

Percy was then trained, and everything was fine. I had completed my quest and we returned to camp. And as a reward, Demeter gave me the power of warping. The war would soon be tomorrow, or worse, later night, or the worst..now..

And yet I hadn't seen Luke. Everyone said he disappeared. I looked for him, in the whole camp. But I didn't find him. I went to the forest. Hopeless.

"Luke, where are you..." My knees fell onto the ground. I could feel tears running down my face.

"Long time no see, Nory."

I turned around and saw him. "L-Luke!" I exclaimed, I ran towards him to hug him, but he pushed me away. I gasped of what he had done.

"You made a fool of me," he scowled.

"W-What do you mean?" I tried to sound positive, what happened to him?

"You just left me alone to watch over that Percy Jackson, to return before winter solstice, and now you're looking for me?"

"Luke..." I said, stuttering. "B-But you said I could go! You said it was okay and—"

"STOP MAKING UP STORIES NORY!" He screamed, pulling out a sword. I gasped and stepped backwards.

"Luke—don't tell me—"

"YOU'RE A WORTHLESS PERSON! YOU DO NOT MATTER, YOU HEAR ME?!" Now I could see his eyes, they weren't blue anymore.

"I'm sorry Luke..." I whispered, tears falling. Suddenly crystals formed around me. I summoned weapons floating in the air. "I'm sorry..."

For a moment he was surprised of my unrevealed powers. But then he charged. "ARGH! DIE!" He screamed. He was surprisingly fast, but I could handle them. Hearing his words made me cry even more but I didn't stop fighting.

Hours had passed, and we never stopped. I couldn't believe he could be this so powerful.

Thank the gods he stopped. And he was exhausted. "Luke.."

He suddenly disappeared. "LUKE?" I looked around, drawing my sword to secure myself.

"I'm sorry Nory, but I sided with Kronos..I have to. You know I still love you that's why I stopped. If you really love me—side with me." I heard his voice through the breeze. Suddenly I felt someone's lips touch mine, and then it let go. But it was invisible. I closed my eyes and sighed.

I looked down and stared at the sun setting.

"What..should I do??" I cried silently, leaning my back on a trunk of a pine tree and dropping my sword.

"NORY? NORY!"

I turned to where the voice was and saw Nico.

"Nory, where have you been? You're supposed to train Percy—" he stopped when he saw me crying. "Oh...I'm so so sorry..." He held my cheeks and wiped my tears away with his thumb. "What happened?"

"I—I don't know I...I don't...know!" I cried. "Luke just showed up and I...." I cried louder than ever before. Nico stared at me. We sat down on the ground, facing each other. "I knew he loves me..but why is this happening? Why...WHY DID HE BETRAY US ALL?" I screamed, pulling my hair out of anger, stubbornness and regret.

"WHY?!" I screamed.

"Nory! Stop it, you're hurting yourself!" Nico pulled my hands away.

"WHAT IS THE POINT OF NOT HURTING MYSELF IF HE DOESN'T LOVE ME?"

"NORY—Look, he loves you okay?" He tilted my face upward with his index finger and thumb.

"If he loves me, why did he side with Kronos?" I glared at him. I could feel my eyes getting red because of the tears.

"He...WHAT?!" His face turned into anger.

"Nico—I have to save him. I know the war is coming sooner or later. I should save him from Kronos!"

"I'll help you okay? Don't worry, we'll save him."

I nodded and we hugged each other tight. Until a horn blew.

The war...has begun...
