[A/N ONESHOT ONLY FOCUSES ON THE BOYS WHO ARE FROM THE SEVEN PLUS NICO]
The time you spent staring at the calendar attached on the wall was not the first moment you did it. It had been three months since you left Camp Half-blood, and nearly two months since you left Camp Jupiter, when today was a day you have finally felt of wanting to go back to the camps. You had yet to finish complying with all the subjects you missed at school so you were stuck here with your aunt for you had nowhere else to stay, and speaking of your aunt, it had been nearly fifteen minutes and she wasn't home yet.
It bothered you that it made you stop staring at the calendar and stroll towards the kitchen to look for some food when you hear a distant sound of metal being slammed shut. You peeked near the window; a mailman was about to leave. This stopped you from getting food, allowing curiosity to fill into you as you made your way out of the house and retrieve the letter from the mailbox.
As you closed the door shut, you turned over the envelope to see your name written on the back.
To: (Y/N)
From: Guess who!
Seriously? you thought ridiculously the moment you read that the sender was unknown, and the sole fact that it might only come from someone you knew who could do such a thing of not including their name on the envelope for a dramatic effect, it made your heart beat fast.
Let's open it, then. . . You ripped off the envelope, expecting that it came from the person you had in mind, but were surprised to see there were several letters-all addressed to you, and so you randomly picked up the first parchment and unfurled it slowly.
¶
Dear (Y/N),
I hope this letter finds you well. I know it's only been two months after you left the camp, but I wanted to thank you for helping us out even if you were not part of the Seven. The moments we guys had together were so tough, especially when Percy and Annabeth fell in Tartarus, I have no idea how to thank you for keeping the crew strong when they were absent.
Do you remember when we set foot in Alaska to save the god of death? I was so amazed how you and Hazel had killed off the giants, and you who saved Percy from almost drowning. Also when you did the trick to save Nico from the jar! I really had no idea how you did that, but I want to thank you for buying us time.
I would like to thank you mostly. . . About me. I would rather not tell it directly, but I guess you know what I mean. Thank you for believing in what I can do-when my dad gave me his blessing, and when I was able to lead off the dead Legion in the House of Hades, I was sure that it was all because of you. Well, honestly. . . Fine, I'll say it. I liked you once, but I know you clearly only see me as a friend and that's okay with me even if it's really awkward. I know you wanted to talk about this in person but being the coward I am, I really think it might better if I write it this way. I'm sorry.
Well, I like Hazel now and we just started dating recently. . . Let's say that I only admire you from now on, as a friend, of course.
However, that doesn't change the way we treat each other, right? I'm really grateful to have you as a friend, (Y/N). Thanks for trusting me no matter what happens. And good luck with your studies! I know you can keep up with it. They're nothing to what we have gone through with the Argo II!
I'm really looking forward for you to come back here in Camp Jupiter, but not as how Reyna's Aurum and Argentum miss you. The hounds are literally going missing each morning and Reyna couldn't find them until she sees them chilling out with Terminus as if the god didn't have any worse day being armless, but anyway, where was I?
