Chapter 38

"Babe you know we are here to halloween shop for  you not buy Christmas stuff" Yelich told Nicole

"Christian Stephen Yelich. My christmas tree at home has been up since the end of September. And the second it hits midnight making it November first its officially xmas" Nicole informed him

"Oh god your one of those people" Christian laughed

"Plus I dont need halloween stuff I'll walk into the closet and pull random stuff out and make something" Nicole smiled

"you have 2 parties we have to go too" Yelich reminded her

"I still can't believe your wearing that as a 'costume' "Nicole shook her head

"this much America was too hard to pass up" Christian smiled

"I shouldn't even let you out of the house like that" Nicole walked over to his closet

"what are you doing in my closet" Christian asked

"Looking for the last thing i need for my outfit" Nicole grabbed a Marlins jersey "Ima WAG.."

"No... change" Yelich shook his head

"Change? So you want me to go get Collins Jersey and be a Braves WAG instead? I mean it will stay Yelich on it" Nicole shrugged her shoulders "COLLIN!!!"

"NICOLE!!" Collin yelled back

"Ignore her" Christian said

Nicole ran out of the room and down the hall "Collin open the doooorrrrrr!!"

"its open women!" Collin said 

"Hurry give me a jersey" Nicole took off the Marlins one

"Do I even wanna know.." Collin asked

"Your brother doesn't like my 'costume' so I'll be your WAG instead" Nicole told him 

"Okay. I get my brothers hot girlfriend for the night." Collin opened his closet "Thanks bro" Collin yelled

"Wait to you see what he's wearing tonight" Nicole rolled her eyes

"nicole you better not! Your contract says you cant wear any other team" Christian walked into his brother room

"What In the world?!" Collin turned to see his brother "its not July man" 

"Contract? You mean the one you made me break over a year ago when I workEd for the Marlins cause you had to get my number" Nicole said

"You wanted me don't blame me" Christian smirked

"Soooo I thought she was my date now?" Collin put his arm around Nicole "I mean she is in my uniform"

"Oh my god what if I wear both and have both of you on each side.!" Nicole laughed "I need safety pins"

An hour later Nicole had folded both jerseys in half so half the back was half/half Yelich in each team color and one number from each brother. Then the front was half of each teams name.

The second night of Halloween parties Christian was a little more casual. He ended up being Clark Kent aka Superman; in a superman shirt with a white button down shirt half way button so the superman logo would show and some jeans. 

Nicole on the other hand decided to go with another DYI costume and took all black clothing with some sharpie to draw designs on her skin.

"Weren't you that last year? Collin asked

"Facebook Stalker..." Nicole laughed "No last year I had the same clothing wise but it was different drawing on my skin"

"how so" Christian asked

Nicole pulled out the picture from last year "Well for one the markings I had last year were temp tattoos and I was a Dauntless from the Divergent book series. This year I am a shadow hunter from The Mortal Instruments series"

"Whatever you say" Collin zipped up his monkey onesie 

"You look hot either way" Christian pulled her close "What are these?"

"They are runes" Nicole said "you'll watch the movie and TV show when we get back to Miami.. won't make you read the series theres like 12 books out now for the universe and still another 8 missing to be writing/published"

"So this is gonna turn into another Harry Potter isn't it" Christian said

"Well somewhat. Not really. Harry Potter did good all around. The movie flopped in theaters for this series thats why they gave it a second life in a TV show thats doing amazingly." Nicole explained

"My little book nerd" Christian kissed her forehead .. They headed downstairs
