I woke up in the hospital. I was very confused. I saw a nurse at the end of my bed.
"Excuse me," I said. She turned to look at me.
"Is this heaven, if so I would like to go back to earth please!"
She glared holes in my skull.
"Someone can't take a joke." I mumbled quiet enough that she couldn't hear me.
"Hey where's my sister and mr.cr- the other guy?" I asked her.
"Your sister is on your left and he's on your right." She replied.
I pulled the curtain to the my left to the side so I could talk to Emma, but she was still unconscious. So I sat there for a little while, bored. After a while I pulled the curtain back expecting to see Mr.no good son of a b!tch but instead I found Kyle.
I wanted to scream. He looked like a dead robot with all the wires attached to his body. He was white as a ghost. I could see the bullet wound that was right above his heart.
"Oh Kyle." I whispered. I knew that there was no hope left.
I let a single tear run down my face.
His eyes flickered open.
"Kyle!" I nearly shouted.
his face was serious.
"Ivy." He whispered. "I did it to protect you."
I didn't need to ask what he meant. He betrayed me to Mr.Creepo because the kidnapper was threatening me.
"I know. It's okay." I reassured him.
He grabbed my hand.
"I love you." He whispered. "I will always love you"
"I love you to" I told him.
he smiled and then closed his eyes.
The next sound I heard was a loud, "BEEP"
"No" I whispered
"No" I said at a normal level.
"NO, DON'T LEAVE ME KYLE!" I screamed.
"WAKE UP KYLE!" Doctors were taking him away.
"DON'T LEAVE ME" tears ran down nmy face.
