you were having a typical hang out with the guys n ofc the only thing they did was video games all day long, u went to the lab to see if donnie wanted to play
"hey u" u said
"hey gorgeous" he said
"u down to play dragons lair 2 with me?, it's an old 80s game i've always wanted to play"
"hmm sounds like a good game, ok let's do it!"
he got excited and left the lab, u pat the floor motioning to sit
"not donnie before we start just keep in mind, this isn't a typical video game where u just win, it's a lot to focus on" u said I'll
"psh, u say that every game (y/n)" he chuckled
"i am so serious, it's probs the most complicated game ever"
"ok babe, whatever you say" he said sarcastically
you went first and ofc didn't do so hot till donnie tried it out, you thought he would fail but he quickly caught on about how the game works
"WHAT?!, HOW DID YOU KNOW?!?" you screamed
"hehe, it's not that complicated, just follow the glowy thing" he said
"hmm, ok then, whatever you say"
you got up and left and let him finish but if there was one thing he didn't know it was that he wouldn't be able to pass it no matter how hard he tried, how did you know thing exactly?, well you did research the game before playing and you knew he wouldn't be able to pass even if he thought so
"so, how is it so far?" you asked
"idk what you were tripping about but i'm about to pass the final level" he says
"oh really???" you says in sarcasm
"yup, see i'm saving the princess and-" he cuts himself off realizing the he has to still play during his happily ever after
"what the? why do i have to keep going?"
"hmm no idea" u knew deep down knew while you made a grinch esk smile
"what the, woah, WOAH" he kept trying to keep up with the game
he then made it pass the hard part but he didn't expect what was coming next
"see darling, as long as you keep a good eye and pay attention you too can be amazing like me" he stood proudly until he heard a crash
*BOOM*
he turns to the screen seeing that the player and the damsel died because he missed a final step
"NOOOOOOOOO, I LITERALLY LOST ON MY HAPPILY EVER AFTER!!!!" he screamed and fell to the floor
"i told you it wasn't that easy" you said and pat his head and left with a smirk
[omg guys it's so good to be back, the spark in me feels so amazing to finish this book :)]
p.s. wht i plan to do for pictures is if u see rottmnt donnie it's pretty much just older donnie in this universe but the rest is fan art
